可もなく不可もなく。
Pros:

空港近くで立地は良いですね。

Cons:

ベットの下に埃が溜まってる。
Wi-Fiのパスワードは聞かないとわからない。
無料の水は2階に取りに行かないといけない

8/2晚上半夜櫃檯的服務人員，缺乏對顧客的同理心，需要改進
Pros:

整體住宿環境不錯，設備有些老舊，維護的狀況不是非常好

Cons:

住宿的第一個晚上，冷氣溫度無法調整，溫度都在20度附近，睡到一半凍醒，找櫃檯幫忙，服務人員到房間仍然無法調整冷氣溫度，最後說可以把冷氣關掉。
要了一個薄被，卻要求每晚收500元台幣，同一條被子，我們住五晚，要收2500元台幣，簡直是詐欺，且不付費就不給被子，且態度強硬。

Quiet average. Will not come back here.
Pros:

Good location, spacious rooms.

Cons:

Borderline rude staff, worn out rooms. Pool was closed, gym equipment was broken, breakfast is the same set of American dishes every day.

Pros:

部屋が広くデザイン的に良い。スタイリッシュ。大きなバスタブがあった。

Cons:

なにしろ動線が悪い。利用者の利便性よりもデザイン重視と思われた。壁にしかコンセントが無いのでお茶を沸かしにくい。
部屋が間接照明で暗い。空調が効かなくて暑かった。
バスタブとシャワーが離れているので使いにくい。
洗面が棚がないので使いにくい。部屋が広いのは良いが、使い勝手が悪いので、無駄な動きをしなければならない。あくまでも個人的感想です。

Pros:

프리미엄 방이라 침구도 좋고 넓어요.

Cons:

넓고 깔끔 한 건 좋았는데 들어가자마자 담배냄새가 은근히 베어있었어요. 오래 베인 그런 느낌이었습니다. 침대에 누우면 헤드가 옷장 뒷면입니다. 그 위에 천정에어컨이 있었는데 소리가 꽤 컸어요. 잘때 머리쪽에서 소리가나니까 껐는데 더워져서 다시 켰는데 소음이 ...꽤 큽니다. 그리고 옷장가구 중 선반장 맨 아래에 전자렌지가 있어요. 있는건좋은데 중간쯤으로 위치가 사용하기 편한 위치였으면 좋았을것 같아요. 화장실 칸도 따로있었는데 테두리 모서리 벽에 페인트칠 자국이 그대로 보였어요. 3성급이라고 해도 프리미엄 방치고는.. 음 아쉬움이 많았습니다.

היה מלון טוב יחסית שירות טוב נקי חדר בינוני ומעלה לא קטן ובסביבה מלא מסעדות ומקומות לבילויים קצת רחוק מהמרכז אבל המוניות ממש בזול להתנייד לכל מקום ולי היה רכב והחניה חינם זה מעולה

Fantastic and reasonable for transit through GMP.
Pros:

The property is located really near GMP airport and Taxi is just JPY1,000, KRW800.
The room is clean.
All staffs are really kind.

Cons:

If you want to go to 明洞, it takes 1 hour by train or 30min by Taxi with JPY2500, KRW30,000.

Врут про бассейн.
Pros:

Убирались каждый день. Персонал молодцы

Cons:

Бассейн не работал. Меняли несколько раз объявление о ремонте меняли несколько раз пока мы в нем были. Подозреваю, что он не работают совсем и никогда.

OK Stay in SR Hotel in Seoul
Pros:

Location to Balsan/MTR station; / Room on 13th floor comfortable, clean & roomy / The lobby area on floor 1 is awesome with the free washing machines, water & coffee available at all hours / Internet worked pretty well / Breakfast was OK but was the same every day. Would've been nice to have a Korean food option there, not just Western food. The young woman working at breakfast was friendly & efficient.

Cons:

Fitness centre was a joke. Only 2 old treadmills & a broken machine there. It did not match the photos. Very bad / Pool was being repaired during our whole stay & the dates kept being extended. There was no notice of this when we booked. / Staff were ok but the whole experience felt mechanical, automated & impersonal. Maybe it was a language thing. They didn't engage unless asked but they responded quickly to requests.

Pros:

・駅から近く、周辺には百貨店やコンビニ、飲食店もある。
・1階に無料のコーヒー、また洗濯機がある。
・部屋が広く、狭いながらもバルコニーがある。

Cons:

・冷蔵庫が小さすぎて、保冷効果があまりないものだった。
・明洞など、中心部から遠いこと。
・時期的なものもあったと思うが、宿泊料金が高い。

Pros:

We enjoyed the clean comfortable room. The staff were professional and friendly. We liked the location near the Seoul Botanical Garden. A staff member told us it was closed and then directed us to the surrounding gardens that were beautiful.

Einfach super, komme nächstes Malwieder in dieses Hotel
Pros:

Große, saubere Zimmer, sehr modern mit stylischem Bad. Sehr bequeme Betten. Die Lage sehr praktisch nahe an der U- Bahn Station. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Das Frühstück war für etwas mager
