A extra magical oasis in Tepoztlán
Pros:

I was going back and forth on where to stay in Tepoztlán, and I am so glad I chose Casa Fernanda. The room and grounds are gorgeous. The art is incredible and the grounds feel like a magical oasis.
Breakfast is a choice of pastry, juice, coffee, and fruit (I was so happy). I devoured it every morning and never felt like I needed more. The three other meals I had at the restaurant were pretty good. Service is slow, so don't be afraid to flag someone down.
The room was clean, well stocked, and the staff were extra kind. I felt safe and held while there. Front desk is helpful.

Excellent hotel to relax and take a breath away from the caos of the city. The staff was super nice all the time

Huge recommend for Casa Fernanda!
Pros:

We came here with two couples and it was the perfect relaxing start to our vacation! The hotel is so beautiful and relaxing. Staff was so helpful and kind. Gorgeous hotel full of art, spacious rooms, great amenities. Spa services were excellent. It really is a haven! Best pastries of our life.

Peace and calm in the mountains.
Pros:

Beautiful property with stunning gardens and views from the bedroom. Staff were excellent couldn’t do enough to help, I can’t wait to visit again.

An amazing place of tranquility in the midst of Tepoztlan
Pros:

If you are looking for a place of calm, quiet, and with amazing service, then Casa Fernanda is the place for you. A lovely boutique hotel near the heart of Tepoztlan, Casa Fernanda has an excellent staff, well-equipped rooms, and a wonderful vibe. I hope to go back soon.

Qualitätsabfall beim zweiten Aufenthalt – Altbau/Restauranttrakt nicht empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit ansprechender Atmosphäre, beim ersten Aufenthalt hervorragender Service. Besonders positiv: die Mitarbeitenden Fernando, Sofia und Victor waren freundlich, professionell und lösungsorientiert im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten. Insgesamt wirkt das Konzept (insbesondere im Neubau) weiterhin vielversprechend.

Cons:

Altbau/Restauranttrakt mit deutlicher Lärmbelastung: abends bis ca. 22 Uhr (erst auf Drängen reduziert/abgestellt) und morgens ab ca. 7 Uhr durch Servicebetrieb. Dazu unpraktische Dusche, Abflussgeruch sowie kein Turn-down-/Abendservice mehr. Vorabkommunikation über WhatsApp/Booking funktionierte nicht, da auf unsere Antworten keine Rückmeldungen kamen.

Wir kommen gerne ganz bald wieder
Pros:

Das Zimmer schön hell und geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail und schönen Materialien. Schöner Garten und Pool. Das Restaurant ist umwerfend. Tolle geschmäcker und optisch schön angerichtet.

Espacio de tranquilidad y descanso muy disfrutable
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, los jardines con sus esculturas, el restaurante, y en general los espacios exteriores.

Cons:

Diría que la experiencia en la alberca podría mejorarse, porque a pesar de que el espacio es muy bonito, al ser un poco pequeña y tener pocos camastros ubicados muy cerca de la orilla de la alberca, la gente de los camastros se sienten muy cerca y no se siente còmodo meterte así.

Las habitaciones amplias, el buen gusto, la limpieza, los pequeños detalles que te hacen sentir como en casa.

Cons:

Tuvimos por primera vez un inconveniente con la tarifa y hablamos con el gerente y no nos dio ninguna solución y muy poco flexible para atender nuestro pedido. Nombrando como 10 veces que son las políticas del hotel y no dándonos solución a nuestra petición. Sin embrago las señoritas de la recepción trataron de compensarnos de otra manera y escucharon lo que les pedíamos con mayor flexibilidad. Es la 1era vez que no nos sentimos consentidos por el gerente del hotel.
