Bad Smell, poor AC, offered a room change after we were already in bed/
Pros:

Nice Staff, but she was lost. She offered us a room change after we were already in bed.

Cons:

Our room had a bad smell. THe room smelled like the person before us had body odor and they didn't change the sheet. It was a very bad smell.The AC did not work well. We turned it down to 68 degrees . It never got cool.

Great location and staff was great!
Pros:

Close to everything and I enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river. The stuff was very accommodating when we needed to park a truck and trailer during our stay.

I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in Pigeon Forge that would suffice. Next to the river is an added plus

Great location as we always stay here several times throughout the year if possible.

Cons:

It stays very clean, good staff, wonderful hot breakfast
