Hotel was good, we weren't in the room much we were there to vacation not stay in the room.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, not much variety and bread a little stale. Coffee was extremely hot.

Cons:

air conditioner sounded like a semi was idling outside the window when it was running. Other than that, the room was excellent.

Pros:

The room was clean and tidy had a balcony overlooking the river was a nice view the only drawback with the room was the bed mattress the was hard as a brick .The breakfast was fine made some home made waffles plenty of options overall my stay there for four nights was pretty pleasant.

Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

It was an excellent time. It was clean and quiet. The room was excellent everything worked as it should. We rented the suit with the heart shaped hot tub and fireplace in the room and we couldn't ask for anything more. Great job.

Cons:

I have nothing to complain about.

Still my favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge
Pros:

Their no smoking/no pet policy gives a very clean pleasant smell!
Very clean place and desk staff friendly
Quiet, comfortable room

Cons:

Breakfast person was on her phone the entire hour we were in the lobby and breakfast room. She put gloves on before opening the breakfast room, but continued holding her phone to her ear (first one hand and then the next, then handling/preparing food (poor sanitizing as phone and her hair carry germs). No fruit put out for 1st 15 minutes, then finally brought bananas. She was definitely distracted with her phone to her ear. She needs to know guests don’t appreciate that behavior.

Had a wonderful time.
Pros:

Clean, quiet, comfortable . Staff is kind, and helpful. Great location in Pigeon Forge. Will stay here when I come back in the fall.

Cons:

Whole stay was free of any problems. Eat breakfast, and enjoy your day.
