Pros:

The room was good. Breakfast was sumptuous. Beds were comfortable. Very good location with lot of food options nearby.

Jacuzzi didn't work. Indoor swimming pool water was colder

I feel if more hotels put in non carpet flooring it would feel much cleaner

The staff very nice !!

Cons:

Unfortunately when we were unpacking we found a pair of women’s underwear on one of the kitchen chairs!
When leaving we spoke with the girl assigned to our room for cleaning and she had no apologies no emotion what so ever!!!
So it makes me feel how clean are these rooms????

Cons:

Le seul bémol,beaucoup d’enfants dans le Spa
On a pas pu en profiter
On a réserver votre hôtel pour pouvoir relaxer dans le Spa
Mais quand même passer du bon temps

Staff was wonderful. Kind and helpful and great sense of humor. Gave an early check in after an exhausting 7 hour car ride to get there in the blizzard:) beds/pillows super cozy, glad they booked the rooms well and put all the families for hockey tournaments on one floor so the other guests could sleep well:). BTW - heard the young boys hockey team did well so good for them The breakfast is quite varied with hot and cold items and coffee and tea available all day. Will stay again and recommend this hotel

Cons:

more toilet paper in room. ran out and that was the only roll in the room. had to go to front dest to pick another roll up Our view was the highway and gas station but it was across the street and no problem sleeping though -- quiet and didn't hear the traffic. would recommend a kettle in the room Maybe an additional blanket for sleepers who are cold an night

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff were all very helpful and professional, from the receptionists to the breakfast room staff to the cleaners. Our room was very clean (not easy with winter mud) with a comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchenette. (Plus there is a list of items that can be borrowed.) The included breakfast had variety. The pool was a real bonus. The location is great, close to the 401 but quiet. The rooms at the front look onto a parking lot and the ones at the back onto a wooded area.
