“Teatro Restaurant” will be temporarily closed from 14th March 2022 till 28th March 2022 for renovation. Alternatively Breakfast & Dinner buffets will be served with the same operational hours at “Zaatar Restaurant”.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton King Ranch. The hotel was beautiful, elegant, clean, and welcoming, and the hospitality was exceptional.

The hotel was fully booked and it was the complete chaos
They gave us parking view room and spent 1 hour for making check in with one of the staff named Ayman , very unprofessional staff member and very slow and he has to ask his manager for everything .
Even the breakfast in the morning we couldnt find a spot to sit and the food was always empty and tastes very bad
Staff is not prepared for this amount of people , They dont know how to handle it.
I booked this Hotel for the indoor pool as I have medical problem to sun exposure and what a coincidence !! They decided to do maintenance for the 3 weekend days ( the fully booked days) that I was spenting without noticing the guests !!!!
Very bad hotel management , not even close to the hilton group level of service .
They have 2 elevators
One of them brone down and all the hotel guests were using only 1 elevator !!!!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, from the location and cleanliness to the service and overall atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was comfortable and enjoyable. I was genuinely impressed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is comfortable, beautiful, and clean, and all the staff are welcoming. We booked a standard room, and they upgraded us to a room by the pool. The room was spacious and clean.
The hotel's phone number is unavailable. We tried to inquire about some matters The pillows are large; it's preferable to have pillows for one person.
