“Teatro Restaurant” will be temporarily closed from 14th March 2022 till 28th March 2022 for renovation. Alternatively Breakfast & Dinner buffets will be served with the same operational hours at “Zaatar Restaurant”.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at King's Ranch Alexandria, thanks to the amazing staff and the warm, clean pool. Special thanks to the bellman, Gamal, and Ahmed for the warm check-in, and to Marawan Khaled at reception for making the check-out so smooth and easy. Everything was great, and I will definitely come back again!

The hotel is clean, calming and welcoming

The parking was very bad: circulation was poor and does not follow any engineering standards, no one there to assist or regulate.

Bad and will never book it again. They give higher priority to soccer teams than families
Pros:

It is clean and good location while we are travelling to Marssa Matrouh.

Cons:

Didn’t like that for my family with two rooms , they put the two rooms in two far away buildings while we are a family of husband and wife with three daughters of 8, 12 and 14-years old. I sent many messages requesting the rooms to be neighbours. It ended up getting us two rooms in the same floor but I have to pay more than the guaranteed booking.com price. Don’t recommend it for families that need two rooms.

غرفة 433 الباب خربان التلفون لا يعمل لا يوجد معجون أسنان وصابون وفرشاة أسنان ولا يوجد علاقة ملابس غرفة غير مؤهلة للسكن وبعيدة عن غرفة 415 أولادي بعيدين عني جدا للأسف لم استمتع في الإقامة ابدا ولم استطع التواصل معاهم عبر الهاتف لانه لا يعمل وغرفة 415 التلفاز لا يعمل وعندما طلبنا التصليح مر وقت طويل إلى أن جاء للتصليح وكل غرفة يوجد بها كرسي واحد فقط ولا استطع التصوير لبعد الغرفة عن المكان
