“Teatro Restaurant” will be temporarily closed from 14th March 2022 till 28th March 2022 for renovation. Alternatively Breakfast & Dinner buffets will be served with the same operational hours at “Zaatar Restaurant”.

Le personnel est très réactif
Les toilettes et pièce de changement de la piscine étaient très très sales. Pas de papier toilette, déchets parterre, chasse d’eau hors d’usage …
The location is close to the HBE airport, they have dedicated parking, however it is paid and not free.
The room is was big, which is good. I did request extra bed and they delivered even though took some extra time.
The beds are very comfy.
The pool looks huge and nice.
The cleaness of the room in general, the room needs an upgrade, the bed room door in the suit doenst close and handle of the bathroom fell-off.
Food was amazing, staff were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our experience here. The place was very clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. A special shout-out to Mohammad Gamal, who was one of the best servers we’ve ever had – attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Highly recommend!

This is the best resort in Alex in case you want a quote and peaceful place away from the city
It has very nice landscape , gardens , sports fields including horse courts, large pool
It also has a very nice spa
And they serve a very nice breakfast

The new parking system is inefficient and frustrating enough not to consider staying in the Hotel again. The response of the team responsible for the parking were below the professional standard of Hilton that we are accustomed to also the technical system was mulfunctional and caused a lot of cumbersome and unnecessary agitation making the whole experience not good unfortunately.

There were neither slippers nor shaving kit ... no foot towel on the floor in the bathroom
No ash tray
The room was not ready once i entered... there were a bunch of towels on the sofa, yet room service did remove quickly
The bathtub's sink was not working, and drained water.
The staff of housekeeping isSo helpful , clean work , always a smile and try to help you as much as much as they can.
