La amabilidad en la recepción del hotel.
El desayuno comparado con otros hoteles es un poco justo, no más.
La cama doble debería tener acceso por los dos lados, estaba situada contra dos paredes y sólo era accesible por un lado.

Un peu moins frais en terme d’installation et la taille de certaines chambres ou le lit double se retrouve contre le lit

Zakwaterowanie w pokojach na parterze które były brudne, z za okien od strony podwórza hałas od wentylatorów, mimo że pokój od podwórza to również hałas od strony ulicy od przejeżdżających tramwajów.

Manque mouchoirs, bouteille d'eau accueil en chambre. La clim un peu juste. Le petit déjeuner pour un 4 étoiles nul. Café pas bon, désolée...
The lady at the desk was very rude when checking in, we had asked about the rooms being together as we were all families staying together. She just bluntly said “it’s not possible “. We also heard the guest before us get the same reception from her!
Good location just outside city center. Rooms have space, but are not that clean. The interior and facilities are nothing close to a 4-star hotel - we have been to much better 3 or even 2-star hotels elsewhere.
We arrived late (after 21h) and I was denied parking as it was presumably "full". The receptionist rudely throw a piece of paper to me with the name of the nearest parking - Cibona - an outside, non-guarded parking with dim lights, so I decided to find parking garage myself. Later, when I returned to the hotel (after 22h), I checked the parking and there was at least one free parking space. Our rooms ware facing the street, so there was noise from cars and trams. Breakfast was nothing close to suitable for a 4-star hotel. At check out in the morning (at 9h) I had to wait more than 10 minutes. The receptionist was even rudder and argued with me that now there are free spaces, but yesterday's night there were none (an absolute lie). She did not even tried to apologize for making me carry my family luggage for one kilometer to the city center garage and for denying parking last evening when there was a free space! Try to avoid this hotel as there are many other suitable options in the same area.
- La ubicación, a unos diez minutos a pie del centro.
- La habitación tenía persianas, cosa que no se suele encontrar cuando viajas por Europa.
- Algunas de las fotos no se corresponden con el hotel. Me cuesta pensar que tiene 4 estrellas.
- Las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas y con una luz muy mala.
- El agua de la ducha solo salía muy fría o muy caliente. Realmente no había un punto medio adecuado.
- Desayuno poco variado.
- La nevera de la habitación no funcionaba. Bajé a comentarlo en recepción y me dijeron que había un problema que afectaba a parte del hotel y que resolverían pronto. Nunca más me volvieron a decir nada y, por supuesto, no solucionaron el problema, así que no hemos podido hacer uso de la nevera, que, por otra parte, tenía mal olor.

Hotel cómodo. No está en el centro, pero bien ubicado cerca de los museos y de la estación de tren.
