Высокие потолки, исторические интерьеры, лестница и лифт.
Любезый персонал - все готовы по-русски (хотя и я могу по-немецки)
Трамвай на улице не мешает, а создаёт атмосферу)
Парковка недалеко со скидкой от отеля.

Buona posizione, staff gentile, camere OK, colazione da migliorare
Pros:

La posizione, la gentilezza dello staff, la pulizia, e in generale la disponibilità. Le camere erano tutto sommato spaziose e con tutti i confort

Cons:

Volendo migliorare qualcosa, direi la colazione, prettamente concentrata sul salato (uova) con poca disponibilità di cibo dolce e nessuna varietà nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato lì. Non vi era nemmeno una variante senza lattosio. Su questo aspetto proverei a migliorare.

Pros:

A localização é razoável, a uma caminhada de 20 minutos até o centro, estacionamento disponível mas é pago (15 euros/dia)

Cons:

O hotel fica em uma rua muito barulhenta, principalmente para os quartos da frente, o quarto também é muito claro, a cortina black out não atende o tamanho da janela, fazendo com que nas primeiras horas da manhã o quarto fique totalmente claro, café da manhã razoável.

La posizione vicino alla zona del teatro.

Cons:

Tutto un po' vecchiotto. Impianti interni rumorosi. Da migliorare la pulizia e la colazione.
