Put it like this, this is one of the very worst places I have ever stayed at.
Poor hygiene - the apartment hadn’t been cleaned.
Terrible security - the main door building is left open all night and throughout the entire evening - until 7.45 am - two men were sleeping in the landing directly outside the apartment door. Upon further investigation, it transpires the ‘hotel’ is actually a hostel for homeless people (and refugees). This was never explained to us. The restaurant we had a meal at knew of this and told us about it.

Booked 2 rooms working away we had stayed there several years ago and it was OK then but with different owners and when we arrived he tried to say we had to share as 1 room not ready then showed us 2 rooms and they didn't have any others
My room stunk of blocked drains and felt damp and cold

It had a roof
The hotel itself was dirty. The floor, the bathroom floor tiles, the walls. There were dead insects on the side and stains on the bedside tables. The firedoor was being proped open with a metal slab and you could hear banging. Anyone from the street could walk in as tge main door was proped open all the time. The lock on the inside of the room door was broken. Staff didnt seem to care, even though they asked how the room was, when i said they just ignored me. The place was discusting and i wpuldnt even give it 0 stars
Check in was easy, it’s an 11am check out time as well so you don’t have to rush to get out. The staff are all friendly and welcoming.
The cleanliness of the room was very very poor. There were hairs all over the bed and floor, there was a left over raiser in the shower and the shower itself was incredibly dirty. The bathroom stank of sewage and every time you opened the bathroom door the room then stank. There was urine on the toilet roll. For a two person room the only towels that were given was one floor towel and one medium towel.
Great value, Shubham and the team are always very helpful and provide a great service. Beds are very comfortable and location is great.
Door locks need updating, as had a few issues. The team there always help out though.

One of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this property.
The room conditions were unacceptable. There was no hot water, the ceilings were ridiculously low, and I couldn't even stand upright in the shower. On top of that, I found a used cigarette in the room when I arrived, which says a lot about their cleaning standards.
Even worse were the serious security issues. My room door would not close or lock properly, meaning I couldn't secure my belongings. The main entrance was left open during the day, and when I returned at night, my key didn't work, so another guest had to let me in. I was lucky that nothing was stolen.
I reported these problems during my stay and was verbally promised a 50% refund. However, after weeks of chasing them, receiving repeated apologies and being told that management was reviewing the matter, they eventually refused to honour what had been agreed.
What I find particularly unacceptable is that management actually acknowledged the issue with the room door in writing, yet tried to justify it by pointing out that the property has CCTV. Cameras are not a substitute for a door that closes and locks properly.
The accommodation was terrible, but the way management handled the complaint was even worse. Making a promise to a guest, keeping them waiting for weeks and then refusing to honour it is completely unprofessional and has destroyed any trust I could have had in this business.
I regularly travel for work, and neither I nor my colleagues will be staying at this property again.
Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place.
