"The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Water, tea, coffee, shampoo, body lotion, and air conditioning were all provided. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attention to detail."

Cons:

There were a few points that could be improved. Unfortunately, I received a parking ticket while checking in because I was not informed that parking in front of the hotel was restricted. A warning or explanation before arrival would have been very helpful.

I also found it quite difficult to locate the hotel parking garage. The directions provided explained how to reach it, but did not clearly indicate whether to turn left or right when leaving the hotel, which caused some confusion.

Another point is the bathroom door. It is a sliding door that does not provide much sound insulation. This was not a problem while staying with family, but it could be uncomfortable for couples, as sounds from the bathroom can easily be heard from the room.

Finally, it would be helpful if small liners were provided for the wicker waste bins, especially for disposing of wet items.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and these suggestions are intended to help improve the guest experience.

Very enjoyable and better than expected having read some previous reviews.
Pros:

Large room with good aircon. Great location and excellent breakfast choice. Was caught out by not having a Swiss plug adapter but the hotel let us borrow one during our stay. Great service. A gem of a hotel.

Accommodation was in good position and allowed us to explore the city.
Pros:

In an excellent location. Very secure.

Ideales Stadthotel in der Mitte von Zürich
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes, relativ kleines, gut organisiertes Hotel mitten in der Stadt und dennoch mit einem (für mich) sehr ruhigen Zimmer zum Innenhof. Durchdachtes Konzept, wobei in allen Bereichen des Hotels - Frühstückraum, Etagen, Zimmer - die Bedürfnisse der Gäste m.E. sehr gut berücksichtigt sind. Der ebenfalls relativ kleine Frühstücksraum wirkt dennoch großzügig; das opulente Frühstücksbüffet macht Appetit. Ein Lob auch für die freundlichen Mitarbeiter dort. Eiin Highlight für mich: Kaffeautomat auf dem Zimmer!

Objekt je posebno ugodnog ugodjaja - kao da ste u vlastitom domu. Sobe su predivne i mirišljave / čistoća na visokom nivou. Hotel ima predivan mali lobby / gdje možete uživati 24/7 / for free kava/voda/ čajevi/ kolači, te piće/ grickalice uz naplatu . Sjediti / pijuckati i uživati u muzici prije spavanja je neopisiva ugoda… kao u kućnom ambijentu. Doručak obilan / osoblje izuzetno gostoljubivo i vlasnica jedna predivna žena… za preporučiti za one koji vole mirnije i manje hotele 🇨🇭⭐️💫🇨🇭⭐️💫 u najstrožem centru Zuricha

Pros:

locatia este excelenta, la cativa pasi de Opera; personalul este foarte amabil; mic dejun foarte bun, cu suficiente optiuni.
hotelul are si parcare, tariful este de 20 CHF pe zi, ceea ce este un pret rezonabil.
in opinia mea aceasta locatie ofera un raport calitate/pret excelent.

Pros:

Bien pensé et grande chambre. Près du lac et de l’opéra. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Matelas trop dur et pas au niveau du reste de l’aménagement. Service accueil très limité.
