the staff were phenomenal. WE arrived early due to a change in plans and went in to ask if we could park in the lot until check-in. No questions asked they checked us in early. My husband left his phone behind and they did everything possible to return it to us.
El extractor de olor del baño no funcionó. Me cambiaron de habitación al día siguiente, pero eso fue todo el resto ok
El hotel es bonito y limpio. La atención del personal es muy buena.
En nuestra habitación se escuchaba mucho ruido desde el patio por la noche. Las camas son bastante duras y la piscina podría estar climatizada.

The location and the staff.
The rooms had dust and hair on the carpet.
Le personnel très gentil. Hôtel très propre. Déjeuner très bon sauf le café qui était pas assez fort. Avons souper au resto de l'hôtel et s'était bon.

El hidromasaje y piscina que no se puede usar luego que se avise en media hora luego que hay que hacer mantenimiento y cada personal nos daba diferente pretexto que hay un evento otro que se puede usar mañana que necesita mantenimiento etc
La habitación muy buena y bonita, el comedor para cena y/o desayuno muy bueno
Un poco el sitio para parqueo de mi vehículo, pero se logra estacionado
