Good hotel to explore Santiago at a reasonable price.
Pros:

The room was clean and the hotel felt a bit like a boutique hotel.

Cons:

The room was on the ground floor and facing a courtyard. It didn’t get a lot of natural light.

Great location, but dont pay with card

Great location, good breakfast

Cons:

Paying with debit card was 20% more. The receptionist did not tell us and just charged this amount. We ended up paying way more than what we booked it. Very disappointing, because after payment it was too late of course…
The lobby where breakfast is served is very cold.
