Location is phenomenal. Just opposite the Corrigans beach, few minutes stroll to shops and cafes and few minutes drive to few other beaches or batemans bay. We were there in winter but i can see how enjoyable pool area and shared facilities could be.
The only thing was sound of what i think was neighbours outdoor aircon unit 🤩 nothing major.

We were in room 2 so it was very noisey both traffic and people up stairs.
Shower very small.
The room was clean and tidy. The beds were extremely comfortable. Within walking distance to the local shops and very close to the water.
There was nothing to dislike, wish we had more than one nights stay

We asked for a quiet room and got one towards the back of the property. The complex looks like it has had a recent renovation and everything is new or looks new. Our room was well laid out and everything worked including the Wifi. Water access is across the road and there are a number of food options that are walking distance nearby. The layout has a common room (near the pool) with security access and a self-serve room with filtered and sparkling water plus an ice maker for guests to use. The whole setup has been well thought out and we would easily stay here again.
The shower in our room was a 'walk in', but it needed a door as you cannot stop copious amounts of water from getting on the floor; easy to clean up with a towel, but it might be dangerous as a potential slipping hazard. Everything else was fine.
Fantastic renovation and excellent amenities. convenient.
This is a tough one - I put a low score for staff because we didn't actually encounter any. all communication was done via email and sms message. It felt a little odd to stay in holiday accommodation and not engage with a local or person. it would have been nice to have a chat with someone who could provide some local 'insider' knowledge on where to eat and what to visit ... I know we can do alot of that through our own research but ....
The location was great and the room was very clean and welcoming
Convenient position, a king bed and easy check in.
I missed seeing a friendly face at check in. Having to go downstairs to use a microwave was in inconvenient.
It was an easy online only check in and check out service.
The beds were a bit small and uncomfortable.
From the moment you arrive with the careful colours of the exterior and blooming flowers, to the colours and design inside. This was superb, keeping all the original retro charm but with are fully designed updates. It was a pleasure to stay here.
The only thing l could suggest is a light on the rear staircase for at night. But really this lace is amazing.
