コスパはいいからこの程度
Pros:

場所は駅に近くよかった。今回凄く安く泊まれるオプションを受けることができたこと。

Cons:

分かってたけど、線路沿いで少しうるさいのと窓の扉の表装の端が剥がれて見窄らしかった。

コストパフォーマンス◯
Pros:

建物は古いかもしれませんが、リフォームしてあり、とてもきれいです。
トイレ、風呂、洗面台別なところ。

Cons:

口コミ通り、壁は薄いです。
トイレのドアも音の遮蔽が全く無いため、よく聞こえます。
お風呂の脱衣スペースが無いため、2人で泊まる部屋は、通路とベッドルームの境に、仕切りカーテンあればいいのにと思いました。
