Pros:

Che fantastico soggiorno ai Pen's Bungalow! Tornerei domani!
Bellissima location sulla tranquilla spiaggia di Thong Nai Pan, le giornate trascorse qui a rilassarsi tra beach beds, bagni e passeggiate non le scorderò mai.
Il ristorante è davvero eccezionale, tutto buonissimo ed economico.
Stanza standard, ma con tutti i comfort necessari. Il prezzo è convenientissimo.
Ci hanno anche aiutato ad organizzare un tour di beach hopping privato, altra giornata memorabile.
La spiaggia è veramente un bijou, non c'è tanta gente rispetto ad altre zone dell'isola ed il villaggio sembra ancora autentico.

Cons:

L'unico consiglio che darei è di riservare i lettini di spiaggia e piscina agli ospiti: ogni tanto arrivavano persone con i taxi boat che pranzavano al ristorante e potevano usufruire di queste amenities (inclusa la piscina), quindi capitava che non sempre ci fossero lettini a disposizione, il che non lo trovo corretto nei confronti degli ospiti. Lettini ed uso dei servizi dell'hotel dovrebbero sempre essere solo per gli ospiti.

Trop cher pour ce que c'était
Pros:

La localisation sur une des plus belles plages de l'île

Cons:

Nous avons loué deux logements car nous étions 4. Les salles de bains sont dans un état déplorable (robinetterie non fixée, trous dans les carrelages, joints noirs...)
Le ménage est fait une fois tous les deux jours! Première fois que je vois ça dans un hôtel!
Des carreaux de la piscine sont manquants, il y a un vrai risque de coupure. Le hublot lumineux est décroché et ne fonctionne plus.
La dame qui semble être la propriétaire n'est pas commode du tout.

Bellissimi bungalow su una delle spiagge più belle

Bungalow immersi nella natura ma accoglienti, attaccati a bellissima spiaggia. Staff disponibile e gentile rispetto a tutte le esigenze (anche per transfer, noleggio scooter, escursioni). Buono anche il ristorante e bellissima location ed atmosfera

Pros:

Comfortable beds. Very clean room which smelt lovely 😍 Fabulous location. Helpful staff. Nice pool. Hotel has good food and drinks too.

Cons:

Nothing - it was perfect and we can't wait to return.

Pros:

The room is clean and cozy, with a wonderful and useful patio for have a chat in the evening.
The room has the smart tv, which was unexpected, and the aircon worked properly. I recomend this place.

Cons:

The women at the reception, probably mother and daugheter, owners of the place.
I meet them twice (checkin and checkout) and both time were unwelcoming and a step below rudeness.
Unusual for Thailand.
