Excellent decision for my first time in Tokyo
Pros:

The staff is, as most of the Japanese people, very friendly, nice and professional. The room was perfect for me as a solo traveler. It had everything that I needed and was perfectly clean. The location is excellent. About 3-4 minutes to the Asakusabashi station where you can take the train/metro to the airport and easily reach important spots in the city. You can also walk a couple of minutes and see the Sumida River. I would definitely come back, when I'm back in Tokyo.

Cons:

If the people in the hallway are loud, you can hear it in your room, so earplugs might be needed if you are a light sleeper

Posizione molto comoda, a 5 minuti dalla fermata di Asakusabashi. Asakusa raggiungibile anche a piedi camminando un 20 minuti. Dista ad una fermata di metro da Akihabara.
Set di cortesia, dotata di tutto.
Personale in reception gentile

Cons:

Letto matrimoniale un pochino scomodo e non molto spazioso. Water con coperchio un po' traballante. La camera puzzava un pochino di chiuso
