Ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla metro, la stanza era molto grande e comoda per una famiglia di 4 persone che hanno la necessità di avere 2 bagni e spazio a disposizione. Bellissima piscina a sfioro all'ultimo piano.

Pessima colazione. Mancanza di cassaforte nella stanza. La posizione delle suite è fuori dal corpo dell'albergo e ciò ti obbliga ad attraversare il vicolo per andare in piscina e/o a fare colazione

Hieno, siisti ja tunnelmallinen majoitus. Henkilökunta valtavan kohteliasta ja ystävällisiä. Metroasema lähellä. Paljon kivoja edullisia thaihierontapaikkoja sekä kynsihoitoloita lähellä. Huone oli iso ja siellä kaikki tarvittava saatavilla.

Hotelli sijaitsee ilmeisesti kiinalaisalueella, joten emme löytäneet ravintolaa missä olisi saanut syödä thairuokaa. Huoneistoon kuului aika kova liikenteen ääni. Jos on herkkäuninen, voi se haitata, minua se ei häirinnyt.

Pros:

The location is very convenient, with the Blue Line metro station only about 200 metres from the hotel, making it easy to get around Bangkok.

The staff at the reception were also very kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated their courtesy and professionalism.

Disappointing stay – the hotel needs maintenance and better attention to detail

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, especially considering the standard and price of the hotel.

Upon arrival, we found black hair on the living-room floor, which was clearly not properly cleaned (see attached photo). The room also had a bathtub with a jacuzzi function, but the jacuzzi was not working.

The housekeeping service was also poorly managed. They repeatedly came to clean while we were in the room and asked us when we would be leaving. On one day, because of very heavy rain, we decided to stay in the room and therefore gave up the cleaning service altogether.

On another occasion, I found that my mobile phone charger had been damaged, with the cable connector broken (see attached photo). Nobody informed me about what had happened, which I found particularly disappointing.

The breakfast was another area that could be improved. If you arrive around 9:00–9:15, there is still a good variety of food available. However, as breakfast time gets closer to closing, many items are no longer available because they are not replenished. Fruit juices, food and desserts gradually disappear, leaving a much more limited choice for guests who arrive later. This is something that should be improved, as guests should be able to enjoy a reasonably complete breakfast throughout the advertised breakfast hours.

More generally, the hotel appears to suffer from a lack of maintenance. For example, the jacuzzi in the swimming-pool area was only partially working, the wooden flooring was visibly deteriorated, and the paint on some of the tiles was faded and worn. Overall, the property would benefit from a general renovation and much better maintenance.

There was also an unpleasant surprise at check-out. We were charged 90 THB for each of four small bottles of water from the minibar.
