Very good apart from this incident which happens quite a lot I heard
Pros:

The property was great but with the incident with fighting and vandalism with English people terrible ! No security ! I got woke up with people throwing bottles etc these people should have been reported to police and exiled to England I was terrified alone in my room didn’t know what was happening ! They need a security guard for that hotel poor reception staff cannot handle all that hastle they are tired and then having to handle English hooligans

Pros:

We loved it here. The hotel was very good, direct on the beach, with gorgeous view of the sea. The pool area was big enough for everybody. We enjoyed very much that there was daily music at the pool bar (even though not loud). Everybody there was very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic say and next time we will visit Protaras we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent
Pros:

Excellent location and amazing hotel staff. It was my third time there and we were very satisfied with everything. We like breakfasts and dinners served outside, the dinners were with the different themes daily. The sea is amazing just opposite the hotel , the room was clean and the sea view was fantastic. Do recommend this hotel.

Predivan boravak, odlična usluga i hotel u mirnom okruženju – rado bismo se ponovo vratili.
Pros:

Sve je bilo odlično i veoma smo zadovoljni boravkom. Osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno, sobe su se čistile svaki dan, a ako je nešto nedostajalo ili se pokvarilo, brzo su reagovali i rešili problem. Hotel je pored mora, na tihom i mirnom mestu, i sigurno bismo se ponovo vratili.

Cons:

Nemamo većih zamerki jer smo ukupnim boravkom veoma zadovoljni. Jedina mala primedba je da bi, s obzirom na to da smo bili 12 dana na All Inclusive usluzi, između glavnih obroka mogla da postoji neka užina ili veći izbor grickalica. Svakog dana u 16 časova služila se samo lubenica, pa bi raznovrsnija popodnevna ponuda dodatno upotpunila boravak.
