Fantastic stay - highly recommended. Look forward to coming back.
Pros:

Great location to South Bank, CBD, restaurants and nearby public transport. Well equipped, clean comfortable apartment. Balcony with view over the river. Fantastic pool, spa and gym. Good communication from staff.

Cons:

No complaints at all. Positive suggestion only - kitchen could use a small frypan (for bacon & eggs) and a couple of microwave bowls.

Amazing stay which made us feel at home
Pros:

The reception staffs were really helpful. They assisted us in getting an extra bed for my son as well as gave us a full length mirror upon our request. I’d definitely come here again in August.

The quality of beddings and utilities provided. Such as mattresses, quilts, and pillows were substandard and not comfortable. The utensils and bins were of a cheap quality. The expectation to empty the bins before leaving was excessive. From our ground-floor apartment, we couldn't find a way to the trash chute, and no one was there to help. Had to go out of the apartment to dispose of rubbish.

Excellent location for Convention Centre/ DFO
Pros:

The location was ideal for the Congress at the Convention Centre, just a 2-minute walk across the pedestrian bridge. Convenient paid parking is available on level 3 of the same building.
The after-hours process for collecting the keys on arrival was straightforward and well explained.
The three-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, well laid out, with a nice balcony and comfortable outdoor furniture (non-river view). Two bathrooms and a powder room made managing time easier for a family of five. We didn't use the swimming pool or gym but they appeared to be in good condition.

Cons:

Beds and pillows are not the most comfortable. There is a very limited amount of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and dishwasher liquid provided, especially if staying longer. One of the bedrooms was small and did not have a window, which made it feel enclosed with no natural light.

Pros:

Great location, easy to get to and to park. We arrived out of office hours and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Cons:

The apartment we got was horrible - Not cleaned properly, smelled bad and mold in the bathroom. The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever paid to sleep in! We had originally booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1 - I handed the keys back to reception the next day and we went elsewhere. Management did refund us 1 nights stay and the cost of the parking.
