Odd that we had to use our room key to go down to the lobby - just inconvenient vs a problem. Would have liked a restaurant in the building but lots of food choices right around the corner.

That i couldn't stay longer...

There is no maid service. We stayed for 6 nights and the room wasn't cleaned. You had to request to get rubbish removed and get clean towels or sheets. We had to put the clean sheets on the bed ourselves and the dirty towels and sheets were just piled in the room. I dont think this aspect of the hotel is clear on the website and I woikd probably have booked somewhere else if id understood this. We had no hot water on our last day and while these things can happen and we were given the key to another room to shower, our phone didn't work and we had to visit reception to report the issue which they already knew about. I'd have expected the hotel to inform us of the issue.

I have been to bad hotels but nothing like this one. During my stay, the property had issues with their hot water and they claimed they were working on it. That wasn’t my problem though; my problem was how they handled the issue. When I raised it to the front desk all they had to offer was relocating me from one room to another every morning I face an issue with the hot water! When I complained and requested a refund as it is not reasonable to keep relocating my room, they outright refused making the issue sound as a minimal inconvenience to relocate every morning and forgetting that hot water is an essential utility for a functioning hotel and it is a minimum expectation for a paying guest. Absolutely terrible experience ruined my entire stay in Chicago.

3박4일 내내 룸 청소가. 없었다.
수건이라도 치워달라고 요청했는데 더 가져다 놓기만하고 쓰레기통도 비워주지않아 불편했다.

Very disappointing stay. Check-in was chaotic due to extremely loud protest pickets outside the hotel, yet staff made no effort to acknowledge or explain the situation.

The hotel also had no housekeeping or room service, which was never properly communicated. I had to request extra towels, and they arrived in a plastic bag. Even worse, there was barely any hot water during my stay — one day I had to shower completely with cold water.

On top of that, they charge a mandatory resort fee that feels impossible to justify given the lack of services and overall experience.

Far below the standard expected for the price.

Unfortunately we didn’t have hot water and had to move the second night to a new room. Also a little dingy looking on the street. Could use some upgrades on beds as well.

NO ES UN HOTEL! Solo hay habitaciones, ni lobby ni nada más, ni bar, ni restaurante, NO HAY SERVICIO DE HABITACIONES DE LIMPIEZA!!

The happy hour drinks didn't taste good.

No hicieron servicio de habitación a pesar de que dejamos la habitación temprano por varias horas y con el cartel de hacer la habitación encendida. el personal del hotel del acceso era bastante parco y había una protesta tipo huelga en el acceso del edificio con mucho ruido, pancartas y un ratón enorme inflado que no hacía agradable la entrada o salida del hotel.

Just no hotel slippers provided.

High pressure sales pitch to attend a vacation club presentation.

No había servicios propios de un hotel, no había limpieza de habitaciones, no lobby, ni servicios comunes, ni bar .
Había todos los días una protesta en la calle de empleados sin contrato con un ruido horrible.
