Cons:

The initial staff member who assisted with my check-in was unprofessional and made inappropriate remarks regarding the hotel's surroundings. Furthermore, despite being advised that my room would be ready within an hour, the actual wait time extended to four hours. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room on the fifth floor adjacent to the elevators, resulting in significant noise disturbances. Although I informed the staff of my need for rest in preparation for a speaking engagement the following day, no corrective action was taken. While the remainder of the team provided excellent service, this particular employee’s conduct was unsatisfactory. My room was 507 again it was my first encounter that was horrible and first impression last.

Nos dieron una habitación muy bonita y alta

Cons:

Les pedimos 1h mas para el check out ( es a las 11 y pedimos a las 12 ) , íbamos con un menor y era mas cómodo para nosotros y dijeron que no..están en su derecho pero hubiera sido un buen detalle

Reasonable stay in Chicago
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel.

Cons:

We were told during check in that the hotel was full. However we were sent to a better substitute hotel around 1km away.

Pros:

Location was great for our visit. We attended an event at the Chicago Theatre.

Cons:

When we arrived to valet park we were approached by a homeless person asking for money. The next morning we were approached in the coffee shop by another homeless person asking for money/food. I did report to staff and they did address immediately.
