A charming hotel with close proximity to many sights and modes of transportation.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was amazing. We dined in the restaurant for dinner and had an excellent meal and excellent service. The front desk receptionist was friendly and very helpful

Cons:

The room was very small - granted we did not spend much time there other than to sleep but you could barely manuever around the bed and there was little room to put one's luggage.

I had a very comfortable stay and would return for another.
Pros:

Centrally located, though I mistakenly thought it was right next to the Garden. Front desk and housekeeping staff were all very polite, cheerful and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good, in an interesting room, with dining staff equally pleasant. Bathroom was very well designed and comfortable to use.

Cons:

Room had 2 sets of doors which I thought would help with soundproofing but no, unfortunately could still hear noise from hallway—sometimes vibration in walls when somebody slams a door. Luckily most guests were thoughtful and quiet, and careful shutting their doors gently. Once neighboring guests entered their rooms, no more sound is heard. I rather wish the rooms had more historical features but they were mostly lost in updating into a hotel with expected modern conveniences and standards. Decorator did well making up for it with atmospheric color scheme, and a prominent chandelier over the bed.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist im Zentrum und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Zu Fuss erreicht man schnell Gamla Stan oder den Bahnhof. Tram und Bus liegen nahe vor der Tür.
Die Zimmer sind hübsch, sauber und modern eingerichtet, aber recht klein, da es ein altes Haus ist.
Sehr gut gefallen hat uns der Innenhof mit Bar und Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig.

Komfortable senger, bra renhold. Fin størrelse på badet. Frokosten var god men dårlig merket med allergener.

Cons:

Jeg følte at rommet var mindre enn forventet. Frokosten kunne vært bedre merket med allergener. Temperaturen på rommet var litt forvirrende å justere. Gulvet på badet var kaldt og det hadde ingen varme, så det var ingenting å gjøre med.

Don’t come if you have a dust allergy
Cons:

Very dusty, I was coughing as soon as I got in bed. I had them reclean it but still very dusty. I have a dust allergy. I had to leave before the night and cancelled my second night. Although I talked to them, they apologized but did nothing to make it right.

Sehr zentral gelegen und innen ansprechend gestaltet. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein winziges Einzelzimmer, das kleinste ever, aber ich hatte es auch so gebucht, es war das billigste Angebot. Es war sehr hellhörig und etwas abgewohnt, aber sonst ok. Zum Parkhaus sind es etwa 200 m, man benötigt die EasyPark App und es war unglaublich teuer (über 1000 sek für 2 Tage).

A true gem in the heart of Stockholm
Pros:

We began a trip to Scandinavia at the excellent small hotel in the heart of the city. All agreed that our stay here was a highlight of the trip. The location is perfect, the accommodations clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. Special commendation for their Concierge Kiki who helped guide us through our visit to this wonderful city.
