Affordable. Clean and staff are accommodating.
Pros:

Proximity to train stations. Increased availability of convenience stores, restaurants and luggage transport company.

Cons:

Should have at least unlimited coffee/tea for clients. Newer and at least bigger fridge. Might want to consider small microwaves in every room.

前日の予約で、思いがけず安いお部屋をゲットできた。

Cons:

ネットで申し込み、禁煙部屋をスルーしてしまったので臭い部屋だった。部屋の外までタバコの匂いがしていた。

駅から近い

Cons:

施設が古く特にエアコンもしくは換気音がうるさく、睡眠の邪魔になります。掃除はしてありますが部屋のある場所にビニールテープで補修してありそういう部屋を売るのはどうなんでしょうね。
