Important information:

Beginning 1 January 2025, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Heritage Fee of MYR 5 will apply per room, per night.

Meanwhile, for prestigious events, a fee of MYR 10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.

Guests with a valid Malaysian ID or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted. Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The price was a bit a high but apart from that, it was great.
Pros:

The property was very cleaned and the staff were professional. They cleaned your room daily and you don’t have to chase them up to clean your room as they are always available.

1) Breakfast not expectation must upgrade the quality & menu for everyday
2) Swimming pool better but the worker are not there for safety & arrange the towel lesser until in the afternoon I want to use but the worker said the towel no more by right in the store still have many. While my husband complain to the receptionist counter about this matter
3) Room clean, good aircon but TV cannot watching the series & no Youtube for the kids.
