All that you need stay with a nice breakfast but maintenace needed urgently
Pros:

All what you need of a hotel is present: nice and spacious and tidy rooms, great airco (but a bit loud), a nice breakfast, spacious parking but unfortunately not working charging point, near to a village where you can eat local.

Cons:

Well, they just need to focus on maintenance. The garden needs a gardener as soon as possible, the building needs maintaining aswell, and the lobby/ bar needs an upgrade. The potential of this place is huge but they need to be aware that it can all fade away if they leave it like it is or it will fall apart.

Pros:

Wir haben unsere mehrtägige Radtour durch das Piemont im Ariotto Village begonnen und auch dort beendet. Das Village ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, weil man auch das Auto dort sicher abstellen kann. Die Anlage ist großzügig und gepflegt mit zwei Pools, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber.
