abbiamo riscontrato un problema alla doccia, subito risolto
Camere spaziosissime e pulite alla perfezione! Doccia molto comoda,vista impareggiabile e personale disponibilissimo e gentile,dalla reception allo staff delle pulizie,agli addetti alla colazione.
La colazione è sicuramente da rivedere e non all’altezza della struttura e del suo staff,a partire dalla qualità dei succhi di frutta ai prodotti dolciari proposti.Un po meglio il salato,bella l’idea di avere una piccola carta con uova/uova e bacon/omelette servite al tavolo su richiesta. (Noi abbiamo preso uova e bacon ed erano molto buone)

No dispone de parking privado en el alojamiento, aunque te recomiendan algunos que están muy cerca y se puede ir andando al hotel sin problema.
It was spacious and nice ! We had a really long trip and it was so nice that in room the a/c was turn on full after a so hot day! The lady to the reception really kind! We lost one day because of Etna but the hotel refused to pay us back since it wasn’t our fault - they just claimed it wasn’t theirs fault either !
Recomendadisimo! La ubicación es PERFECTA. Estás a una escalera de tomar el funicular para bajar a las playas y a 2 cuadras del centro. El hotel es precioso, la habitación muy espaciosa. A destacar la gran atención de Alejandra que nos ayudó con algunas dudas que teníamos. Taormina, soñado!
El baño era bastante grande pero no así la ducha y la presión del agua podía ser un poco más fuerte. Lo demás perfecto :)

It was very noisy, especially at night.
Bins being emptied, glass bottles smashing, road traffic very loud & busy, chairs scraping above our room.
Parking was expensive and limiting.
Posizione eccellente sia rispetto al centro della città che rispetto ai parcheggi nel caso si viaggi in auto. La vista sul mare di alcune stanze è fantastica per un risveglio vista mare. La camera dispone di molti confort e sono ben arredate.
