Chambre propre et cosy.
La wifi ne fonctionnait pas mais la responsable nous a offert le petit déjeuner en contre-partie.
Une bouilloire et un petit frigidaire nous ont manqué.
- Friendly host who replied quickly on WhatsApp (though the Wi-Fi issue wasn't resolved).
- Treats were provided for our dog.
- Easy remote check-in process.
- Free public parking available near the hotel.
- The breakfast was simple, but fair for the price (€7).
- In-Room Wi-Fi: The advertised Wi-Fi did not work in our room. We were told to go down to the ground-floor living room to get a connection, which is not what you want to do after a long journey.
- Dining Area & Odor: The main living room on the ground floor as well as the hallway smelled strongly of dampness, making it unpleasant to eat there. While there is a second, odor-free dining room, we were made to sit separately in the damp room—presumably because we had a dog, since hotel policy forbids leaving pets alone in the room.
- Noise Levels: The sound insulation is very poor. At night, you can hear every movement from other guests.
- Mosquitoes: There are no mosquito screens on the windows. The windows were left open before we arrived, so the room was full of mosquitoes when we checked in. We also didn't notice an open window in the second room of our unit, which let in even more insects and made it difficult to sleep.
- Room Condition & Lighting: The photos of the hotel look much better than reality. The room is in need of cosmetic renovation (for example, there was rust in the bathroom) and better lighting, as the lights in the evening were too dim to feel comfortable.

Lo que más luego os gustó es la ubicación estaba muy bien situado además con mucho verde para poder sacar las mascotas.
Estuvimos en varios hoteles con mascotas para las próximas vacaciones y así poder comparar en este hotel lo que no me gustó es que la habitación era justa es decir un tamaño ajustado la cama pequeña el baño también justo y el desayuno aunque había leído que era casero el tomate por ejemplo no lo era y lo único bueno el zumo que era pequeño pero en los demás restaurantes de los demás hoteles al desayuno mucho mejor y no tenían tanta puntuación
Sandra muy amable, tuve un problema a la hora de hacer la reserva y en todo momento estuvo dispuesta a ayudarme. La hice una petición si podía ser posible y me llamó temprano para confirmarme, muy agradecida por ello. La habitación muy limpita. Gracias por todo Sandra.

La habitación era grande y cómoda para alojarse con mascota, además del detalle de dejar cuencos para la comida y toalla. El desayuno es completo y rico.
El baño está anticuado y al ducharte el agua se sale bastante.
