Location was good for a concert at the BankNH pavilion
Get what you pay for. The AC unit made a really loud noise, tv was older and staticky (no channel came in clear).

I always stay here when I visit the area staff is always kind the hotel is always clean I've gone with family, friends and my late husband and we all like the hotel especially being close to the concert venue

It was clean, a great place to stay - just far enough away from Laconia bike week to get away from the noise, but close enough to go have fun! Perfect location for us!
We attended a wedding in the area it was convenient for the night we stayed. No issues
It’s not somewhere I would visit for ambiance
The bed was comfortable the shower was nice just wished it opened both ends you had to get in before you could turn on the shower . Also it was very quiet
Breakfast was very disappointing the waffle maker didn’t work well the milk container was pretty gross & the milk was bad the breakfast staff was new & he really didn’t know what to do I’m glad that the manager came over & helped me with my issues
Easy to find, and right next to a Walgreens. Front desk lady was very helpful. The room was fine. But when you pay well over $250 for a night, you would expect a TV you can watch, not one that has more fuzzy than a late 70's TV. And a toilet that flushes properly, without having to remove the tank cover and fiddle with the flap. And more than one towel. I'm not sure I'd stay again.

Lots of long black hair in the sink & cops there in the middle of the night on a DV call. Screaming. Not cool.
