Cons:

夕飯時レストランが使えないなら事前に連絡して欲しかったです。エレベーター内にビラ貼っても、気づかない場合もあります。朝食も早く行けば長蛇の列時間をずらして遅く行けば食べる物が無いけど

スタッフが良いホテル。
Pros:

間違って喫煙部屋を予約してしまい、禁煙部屋に変えて頂けるか相談したところ、快く対応頂けた。
物凄く助かりました。

駐車場が広く、お部屋もきれいでした。　
大浴場があり、利用時間が良かったのか1人でしたので、気を使うことなく利用することができたこと。また朝食も美味しかったです。
ベッドのシーツカバーがツルツルサラサラしていて、高級感もあり、肌触りも良くぐっすり寝ることができました。

Cons:

強いていうなら、多くの人が大浴場を利用しようとするときは、ドライヤーが２つしかありませんので、少し心配になりました。

総合的には大変満足しました。
Pros:

ダブルのお部屋は広く、清潔で快適に過ごせました。
大浴場や朝食のサービス等、ビジネスホテルの中ではダントツで一番良し

Cons:

女性の大浴場はあまり普段女性客が少ないからなのか、やはり少し狭く、宿泊した日は多かったのか洗面でドライヤーとか使えなくて不便だった。髪の毛とかもたくさん落ちていて、足ふきマットもぐちゃぐちゃになっていたので使い方の問題ですが、せめてコロコロなど置いてあると自分で掃除ができ良かったと思います。
