Good
Pros:

There is a morning street market literally in the front of it, meaning you can watch vendor and customer argue standing in the lobby. And there is a night market on the same block.

Cons:

I'm fine but I'd warn other travelers, this place doesn't regulate smoking, so you could smell cigarette all the time.
