Location, location. Room was small. Very dark. Clean and tidy. Once u get used to the digital control of everything it works fine. No issues for the glass integrated bathroom. Plus points for the floor heating. Breakfast was on the smaller side (choice) for a hotel of this category. Staff were omnipresent but not overly friendly. Why hide reception staff behind enormous screens. I don’t see them, the don’t see me. Strange
We had a wonderful stay. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests with great flexibility and professionalism. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and the room we received was outstanding. The breakfast was truly first-class, with an excellent selection and quality. We would gladly stay here again.

Loved the room, the check in was very fast. The downstairs bar was great and the bar men were great mixologiests
The breakfast was above average but not stunning, the upstairs bar would not serve us because we had a 7 year old with us ( which they could of explained before we sat down for 15mins waiting for our order to be taken) it turns out that is a rule in Poland but would have been nice to be told
Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni e sinceramente ha superato le nostre aspettative.Colazione eccellente, ottima la posizione dell'hotel praticamente a 2 min dal centro , servizio e pulizia impeccabili.Lo consiglio vivamente!!!!Super veramente!
I cuscini un po troppo morbidi e anche se l ho segnalato lasciando il biglietto in camera non sono stati cambiati
