Es limpio el lugar y el personal es muy atento

Cons:

El estacionamiento es muy chico y la habitación un poco vieja, además no prestan atención cuando un inodoro falla, en mi habitación se caía el agua porque el sapo no funcionaba bien, tuve que cerrar la llave de paso para no desperdiciar el agua.

Lástima que no lo pude disfrutar
Pros:

Se veía muy bonito, la comida muy rica, el personal amable y mi cuarto la única noche que pude dormir ahí muy cómodo y bonito pero……

Cons:

Deberían de evaluar como proteger el hotel mejor de las lluvias e inundaciones y capacitar constantemente a sus empleados sobre protocolos de seguridad y como actuar rápido ante emergencias y desastres de todo tipo.

Pros:

el restaurante esta OK, las camas comodas la hanitacion tiene buen tamanony estaba todo limpio.
Tiene alberca temperada.

Cons:

Hace mucho frio en las noches y no hay calefacción.

Es un bonito lugar para pasar un fin de semana en pareja o en familia. El bufete del domingo es muy completo y muy rico. El servicio del personal es bueno y las habitaciones son limpias.

No me gustó para nada su "política pet friendly", porque no te permiten estar en ningún lugar con tu mascota (ni tampoco dejarla sola en la habitación), así que deberían reconsiderarlas porque si no puedes tener a tu mascota cerca de ti (¡Que es la idea de los lugares pet friendly!), básicamente te invitan a llevarla pero estar encerrado en tu cuarto con ella. Eso no me gustó nada, sería mejor que indiquen que no aceptan mascotas.
