Thank you for keeping our reservation, but check-in needs improvement.
Pros:

On the positive side, our car broke down, and as a result we arrived one day later than planned. The hotel owner kindly kept our reservation, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

Check-in was quite difficult. We arrived after dark, and the address listed on Booking.com for key collection was different from the hotel's address. We first went to the key collection address, but nobody answered the door. Since it was already dark, we were exhausted, and had no other option, we drove to the hotel hoping someone would be there.
A man opened the door, but as soon as I started explaining in English that we had a reservation, he simply closed the door in my face. It was very unpleasant, and at that point we were already preparing ourselves to spend the night outside. Fortunately, I finally managed to reach the phone number listed on Booking.com. I assume the hotel owner then called the man, because shortly afterward he opened the door and showed us to our room.
I think it would be much more helpful if guests were informed in advance that the keys must be collected at a different address, rather than leaving them to figure it out late at night. It would also help if the person responsible for handing over the keys was informed about arriving guests, as he clearly wasn't expecting us and wasn't willing to explain anything.
Finally, it would be helpful if at least some of the staff could speak basic English to communicate with international guests.

Pros:

Schone Saubere Große Zimmer, wir haben diese Unterkunft bei unsere Motorradreise für 1 nacht gehabt, dafür ist es perfekt geeignet. super lage, Freundliche Personal, Check In ist in eine andere Hotel im Ort (ca 400 m entfernt)

A due passi dalla Marmolada
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in appartamenti da 5 posti. Molto spazio per tutti. Angolo cottura con cucina e elettrodomestici nuovi. Bagno un po' datato ma ben attrezzato. C'è anche la lavatrice. Gli alloggi sono vicinissimi agli impianti di risalita.

Cons:

C'è stata un po' di confusione al momento della prenotazione. Niente che non si potesse risolvere con un po' più di comunicazione. Alla fine è andato tutto bene

우선 마르몰라다 케이블카까지 걸어갈 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 차타고 다녀오셔도 되는데 저흰 차 숙소에 주차하고 다녀왔어요. 10분 안걸린거 같아요. 오래된 건물에 수리를 잘해서 사용하는 시설같습니다. 1박 했지만 불편함 없었구요. 무엇보다 가성비가 너무 좋았어요! 돌로미티 숙박비 장난 아닌데 여기서 좀 세이브 해서 좋았습니다. 완전 산 한 가운데 있어서 밤에는 좀 으슥하다고 느껴질수도 있을거같아요. 옆으로 다른 숙소가 있지만 거리가 은근 있어서 조용하게 지내다 왔습니다.

Cons:

주인분께서 영어로 소통이 안되서 힘들었어요. 번역기 돌려서 힘들게 대화하고 눈치로 서로 의사소통하고 그래서 그부분은 아쉬웠지만 전반적으로 친절하셨습니다!

Pros:

Posizione eccellente, vicino alla cabinovia della Marmolada e al sentiero dei Serrai di Sottoguda. Il lago di Alleghe si raggiunge facilmente in auto; eravamo in appartamento e abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'albergo collegato al residence. Siamo stati bene!

Cons:

Suggerirei di illuminare la strada di accesso al residence, essendo in curva, con il buio non è molto visibile.

Bom preço mas pouco confortável
Pros:

Boa relação qualidade preço, tendo em conta os preços altíssimos da região.

Cons:

Apartamento pequeno. Muito pouca luz na sala/cozinha (fica difícil cozinhar). Sem possibilidade de fechar as portadas das janelas, fazendo com que acordassemos muito cedo com a luz do sol. Pouca pressão no duche (não consegui lavar o cabelo). Sem nenhum espaço de lazer comum (exterior ou interior).
