رحلة غير موفقه بسبب الفندق

الغرفه الاولى كان المكيف عطلان واقترحوا علاج المشكله بمكيف صحراوي ورفضت الاقتراح وتم محاولة اصلاح المكيف وبعد محاولات كثيره وافقو على تغيير الغرفه وطبعاً بعد ما تم فتح الشنط ترتيب المستلزمات واعادتها الى الشنط مره اخرى والغرفه الثانيه كان مروحة شفط دورة المياه عطلان ولا يعمل والكهرباء قطعت في الليل اكثر من مره واكثر من ليله والفطور بنسبة 99% اسيوي بحت ولا يناسب العرب في الغالب والقيمة عاليه جداً مقابل الخدمات رغم ان حجزي كان غرفه تنفيذيه ولكن مستواها والله سئ مررره اقامة سيئه جداً ولن تتكرر ابداً

اشكر ريان موظف الاستقبال لولى الله ثم ريان كانت اقامتنا غير مريحة ، لكن ريان محترف جداً الموظفة في الاستقبال كانت غير مريحة في التعامل معها لا ادري لماذا

اطلالة جميلة جداً اشكر ادارة الفندق بشكل عام و ريان و كل العاملين ما عدا الموظفة التي في الاستقبال

الغرف و الديكور قديم يحتاج صيانة لكن بشكل عام مريح بالمجمل ، لكن لا تتوقع نظافة عالية اطلب منهم تنظيف اضافي للغرف اذا حبيت و ما راح يقصرون ، يوجد القليل من الحشرات داخل الغرف و الحمام

Pros:

Location is good, close to shopping, F&B walking distance. However the main road always traffic.
The breakfast was chaos, take a while to refill the foods.
Room was ok, toilet in the room equipped with bidget not spray.

Cons:

The traffic to location, the breakfast.
The hotel must have rooms rates without breakfast if it is hard to handle. There are so many breakfast options close to the hotel
