Pros:

The ladies in the receptions are nice. The location is near to Western University middlesex college.

Cons:

Very poor service, especially the old man who is the cleaning staff is so arrogant and extremely poor behavior. But the ladies in the receptions are nice.
Not at all worth the money, over costly. The room is so small and feels like a student hostel while the money they are charging is quite huge.

Wish to keep the good services.
Pros:

Very good location, just beside the Main Street, easy to go sightseeing spots on foot, even go to climb the top of hill to have a bird eye view of Montréal city.
