I would highly recommend it for visitors or people that need a place to stay well loved ones are in

Excellent location
Within walking distance of University Hospital

Cons:

The freezers were completely full of food. There really was no room for anymore. I was just wondering if some of the people have left the premises and didn’t clean out their food. This would make room for others to place their food in the freezer.

Rooms were dirty. Air conditioning didn't work. Guest was told to "open a window". Guests were forced to use the public washroom - with no shower - in the lobby.
