It looks tired, but we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Very close and convenient to Pinewood Shopping Centre and highways.
Very quiet, ie no highway noise. Old, but clean, spacious bedrooms and fully equipped with kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery for 2 guests. Bed was comfortable. Overall the stay was quite good and, while it certainly wasn't The Hilton, we would happily stay there again.

Cons:

Just the aesthetics really. The hotel was built in 1984 and looked like it hadn't had an upgrade since then. When compared to how most modern hotels are maintained and look, this place was noin that league. But none of this impacted on our stay there as we slept soundly and it was clean inside the units.

Inexpensive low fuss comfortable base for being in the local area.
Pros:

Fairly good value for money, the location was near the freeway, but the noise was ameliorated by a wall and a stand of well established trees. The poor reviews here weren't warranted in my experience, it was clean and comfortable, and staff made up my room mid-stay, which was nice.

Cons:

There was no free wifi. Reception was understaffed, rooms were small without good common areas for guests to use.

Disappointed. I stayed here a few years ago but the motel looks neglected in the rooms.
Pros:

I didn’t have breakfast.
Location fine.

Cons:

The bathroom basin needs a good scrub.
There is mould in the skylight in the bathroom.
Stains on the carpet.
The pool on the property is impossible to use as it is dirty and neglected.

In need of TLC
Pros:

The bed was comfy.

Cons:

The exterior was dirty with cobwebs outside the window, dusty door track, torn curtains, only 1 bowl, 1 plate, 1 spoon, but 2 cups. The crockery was not cleaned although the bed was made and beverages resupplied. The motel is right beside the busy M1 freeway. The garden beds are overgrown, and could cause a trip hazard.

Price tag, pool unserviceable and green, general facility is old and needs an uplift. Shower was like a garden hose with no nozzle. Person at reception not friendly.

Swimming pool was disgusting. If you are not going to have the swimming pool available for the guest then remove it from your photos.
