Mustafa the best receptionist. Partial Bosphorus view was incredible. Great location.

It was wonderful and safe (safety is the most important)
Pros:

Friendly staff (namely, Shahin and Abdullah were very kind and helpful).
Excellent location for mobilization in the city (the hotel is located by seaside, next to metro, tram, bus stations + piers), as well, there are a lot of sightseeings nearby where you can reach walking only some minutes.
