Amazing!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with everything brand new. The food was absolutely delicious at every restaurant and food corner. The service and hospitality were outstanding. I would especially like to thank my hotel assistants, Elina and Assel! They were always incredibly helpful and friendly whenever I needed anything. I am very happy with my experience at Ethno hotel and would definitely recommend it!!

A fresh new vibe on the Turkish Riviera
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Etna with my teenage son. Our Swim-Up room with a sea view and private jacuzzi was the perfect place to spend quality time together and created some truly beautiful memories.
Before arriving, I was honestly quite skeptical. I had watched many videos and read numerous reviews, but the reality exceeded my expectations. The hotel is significantly more beautiful in person than it appears in photos or videos. The architecture is elegant, the atmosphere is unique, and everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed.
The landscaping deserves special mention. Although the gardens are still young and will become even more impressive as the trees and plants mature, I genuinely enjoyed walking around the property and photographing the wide variety of flowers and greenery. It already feels like a very beautiful place, and in a few years I believe it will be exceptional.
I have been travelling to Turkey for more than twenty years and have experienced many different resorts. In my opinion, Etna is opening a new chapter for Turkish hotels. It has its own identity and creates a completely different atmosphere from the traditional resorts many of us grew up visiting. Even though the Ethno style is not normally my personal preference, I found myself appreciating the unique vibe the hotel has created. It feels modern, stylish and fresh, while still being welcoming for both families and couples. As a mother travelling with a teenage son, we both had an amazing time
Our guest assistants, Cennet K and Zeynep E, were always kind, attentive and genuinely willing to help. Every request was handled quickly, professionally and with a smile, which made our holiday even more enjoyable.

Cons:

There are, however, a few things that I hope the hotel will improve.
The mattresses were extremely firm. I usually like a firm mattress, but even for me they were too hard. On holiday, you hope to completely relax and enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep.
The sound insulation between the rooms also needs improvement. I woke up several mornings around 4–5 a.m. because I could hear furniture being moved in the room above us, and even the sound of water running in neighbouring rooms. It is a pity because such a beautiful hotel deserves the same level of comfort and tranquillity.
I would also recommend slightly warming the water in the Swim-Up pools, as it would make the experience even more enjoyable.
Finally, I would suggest reviewing a few design details inside the rooms. The bedside metal lamps were originally hanging quite low, and I accidentally hit my head on them several times because of the sharp metal edges. Fortunately, after we mentioned it, the staff immediately raised them, which we appreciated very much.

Разрекламированный в инстаграмме Veuve Clicquot дают только на велком дринке. Поменяли концепцию отеля якобы. Вход в море очень тяжелый, много камней.

💎 Luxury, a signature fragrance, and service you'll never forget
Pros:

This hotel won me over the moment I walked in with its incredible signature fragrance. I loved it so much that I even bought it from the hotel's shop.

The reception area is absolutely beautiful. From the moment you arrive, the staff greet you with a smile, help you with the hotel app, offer you a welcome drink, and escort you to your spacious room.

The rooms are large, with plenty of wardrobe space, beautifully scented toiletries, a regularly replenished minibar, a Nespresso machine, and a large balcony – perfect even for families of four, like ours.

I highly appreciate the cleanliness throughout the hotel and the entire resort, the excellent quality of the food, and the outstanding speed of the service.

The staff are always attentive – they quickly find you a table, serve you promptly, and around the pool they even move around on roller skates. They would often surprise us with a complimentary bowl of fresh fruit. Here, everything truly feels like "No Problem."

For guests who enjoy experiencing something different every evening, I highly recommend making reservations for the Cabaret (12+), the Gaia Restaurant, or visiting the amphitheatre, where you can also enjoy excellent table service while watching the performances with a drink.

The sunbeds on both the beach and by the pool are excellent. I especially want to highlight that the hotel doesn't use cheap plastic loungers but instead offers beautiful wooden sunbeds with comfortable mattresses, making relaxation even more enjoyable.
The beach service is excellent as well. The waiters serve guests directly at their sunbeds, so anyone looking to simply relax is well taken care of without having to leave their lounger.

Every corner of the resort is incredibly photogenic, with beautiful furniture, a charming boho style, and a peaceful atmosphere. In the evening, a guitarist and singer create the perfect ambiance, making your dinner a truly unforgettable experience.

The beach restaurant and the pool restaurant prepare meals very quickly, and both the presentation and the taste of the food are outstanding.

The 24/7 restaurant completely won me over with its beautifully presented breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.

I highly recommend this hotel, and I truly believe we will return again.

Мы наслаждались атмосферой чистоты , теплого и чистого моря , дружелюбная атмосфера и национальный колорит создают впечатление восточной сказки , хочется еще и еще окунуться в пленяющий мир Этно .
Хочется отметить высокий уровень и скорость сервиса и уборки , через приложение Этно доступно все . Прекрасные ассистентки Assel K и Elina S всегда были на связи с нами , и помогали во всем ☺️
Особенно приятно было получить приглашение на такой красивый и атмосферный камерный фуршет Ethno people , и послушать речь, где был уважаемый господин хозяин отеля Нахит Кара , а так же генеральные директор и остальная команда замечательных людей . Really appreciate it
