La limpieza fue algo que se notó muchísimo y la vista desde la habitación es muy linda así como el estilo del hotel. El gatito (Romano) que vive ahí es algo que le da un toque de tranquilidad y alegría al lugar

Cons:

El desayuno está bien, sin embargo el personal que atiende durante las mañanas daba la impresión de que andaban apresuradas, no fue la mejor atención que hemos recibido. Algo que nos pareció totalmente fuera de lugar fue que nos cobraran por pedir agua caliente para nuestro termo de agua, lo cual jamás había visto en otros lugares.

Un cómodo y feliz regreso al pasado.
Pros:

El ambiente familiar y amistoso de una casona antigua del sur de Chile con un trato del personal muy bueno. Es un lugar para tomarse la vida con tranquilidad y volver a un ritmo de antaño. Comida excelente considerando el tamaño y tipo del alojamiento. Me sorprendió gratamente. La casona en sí es interesante, dando una oportunidad real de revivir el pasado. El emplazamiento en Llanquihue lo convierte en una alternativa buena para quienes buscan evitar la congestión de Puerto Varias o tienen actividades que no se centran en Puerto Varas. No hay grandes lujos pero excedió ampliamente mis expectativas. La relación precio calidad excelente. Con seguridad volvería.

Cons:

Para mis propósitos me gustó todo. Los aspectos que podrían ser negativos para otras personas son: El emplazamiento urbano en Llanquihue, que no es un lugar turístico. El hotel no tiene vista a lago o volcanes lo que sería un demérito para quienes busquen eso.
Las características de la casa podrían ser complejas para usuarios de silla de ruedas.

Un lugar para relajarse y descansar
Pros:

El desayuno es muy bueno. El servicio de restaurante y la carta también. La atención fue muy amable. Muy tranquilo todo, muy silencioso, tanto la ubicación sin ruidos molestos desde la calle (y nuestra habitación daba a la calle), como dentro del alojamiento.

relajante, lo necesitaba!
Pros:

La decoracion de la casa con ele,emtos antuguos, me encantò la escalera del tercer piso, tan natural una madera preciosa, los muros del primer piso acolchados (aislante) forrados en tela y su color. Me gusta sentir la casa calentita cuando regreso del frio de la calle y esa mùsica de fondo que contrasta con tanta locura de hoy dìa.

Cons:

La ducha del tercer piso tiene que ser revisada, el agua se apoza y es desagradable, la ùltima mañana nos duchamos con agua frìa esperando que en cualquier momento llegarìa el agua caliente, necesitè una mesita adicional para mi compu y la silla que habìa estaba muy debil, peligroso sentarse.
