Das schöne, aussergewöhnliche Ambiente des Hotels. Ausstattung modern und überzeugend.

Leuke stad, geen hotel voor ons.
Pros:

Mooi gebouw in het centrum van Middelburg

Cons:

Kamer met weinig daglicht, dus vrij donker. Wel was er een daglichtlamp aangebracht.
Het uitzicht op de tuin en het kleine terras was er wel ,maar alleen te zien vanuit de douche-en toiletruimte!
Een van de twee wastafels was lek, kon niet gebruikt worden zonder een natte vloer te krijgen.
Het personeel leek soms niet ingewerkt en iets verveeld. Er waren een paar uitzonderingen.
Er werd bijvoorbeeld niet goed opgelet als mensen hun fiets naar binnen wilden brengen en de deur niet open ging.
Het aan tafel geserveerde ontbijt vonden wij niet prettig: er wordt zo opgelegd wat er klaar staat, er is geen keus.

Mooie locatie in het centrum

Cons:

Onze kamer is gedurende ons verblijf van drie nachten geen enkele keer schoongemaakt. Slechts één keer werden de koffiecapsules aangevuld, maar verder werd er niets aan de kamer gedaan.

We hebben bij het personeel aangegeven dat onze kamer niet was schoongemaakt. Er werd ons verteld dat dit die avond alsnog zou gebeuren. Toen we ’s avonds terugkwamen, was de kamer tot onze verbazing nog steeds niet schoongemaakt. Hierdoor hebben we drie dagen dezelfde handdoeken moeten gebruiken.

Wanneer je voor een hotelverblijf betaalt, verwacht je niet alleen een dak boven je hoofd, maar ook een bepaald niveau van service, hygiëne en comfort, Het ontbreken daarvan heeft ons verblijf helaas aanzienlijk verpest.

Pros:

Hotel helt centralt i Middelburg, vi havde en blandt nogle få lejligheder (dog uden køkken) som de har i en bygning på den anden side af vejen. Morgenmad i hotellets baggård lidt langsommeligt men også hyggeligt og fin anretning med yoghurt og fx røræg og brød og croissanter.

Pros:

La mise en valeur des escaliers pour accéder a l'étage de l'hotel.
La qualité et la surface de la suite ainsi que la salle de bain

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est un peut compliquer dans les différentes salles, les tables sont bancales et pas parfaitement propres .
L'accès aux suites par un escalier étroit

De manier waarop we erachter moesten komen dat onze hond niet welkom was bij het ontbijt.

Ein Hotel für ein, zwei Übernachtungen. Mehr nicht. Dann fallen die Mängel nicht gleich auf. Schade.
Pros:

Die Lage ist großartig. Direkt in der Innenstadt. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Schöner Innenhof zum Sitzen. Fahrradunterstellplätze mit Lademöglichkeiten.
Keine Hotelparkplätze. Öffentliche Parkgarage ca. 500 m entfernt. €11,30 pro 24 h.
Gebucht hatten wir einen DeLuxe Raum. Alle Zahlungen waren im Voraus zu errichten. Auch die Kurtaxe. Also Null Risiko für den Betreiber.
Das Zimmer war geräumig.

Cons:

Schrank leider ohne Kleiderstange, nur Fächer. 20‑cm lange Kleiderstange an einer Wand. Der Zimmerservice ist stark verbesserungswürdig. Überall Staub in den Ecken. Krümel lagen tagelang auf dem Teppich. Manchmal Mülleimer geleert, manchmal nicht. Betten einmal frisch bezogen. Handtücher OK, aber manchmal nur nach Aufforderung zu bekommen.
Das Personal ist meist sehr jung und weiß nicht so recht, was gerade zu tun ist, bemüht sich aber. Eventuell noch in der Ausbildung.
Das Frühstück ist der Hammer. Serviert wird nur im Schichtbetrieb. Immer eine Stunde. Wer zwischendrin kommt, hat Pech gehabt. Serviert wird drinnen oder draußen. Eine Wahlmöglichkeit hat man nicht. Die Entscheidung trifft das Hotel. Die Minitische für 2 Personen sind so vollgestellt, dass man die künstlichen Blumen und die Tischnummer am besten auf den Boden stellt. Auch dann hat man nicht mehr Platz als im Flugzeug. Achtmal der gleiche Käse, zwei Scheiben, die oberste Scheibe immer leicht angetrocknet.

Alles was prima , ik snap alleen niet dat je voor zwart kiest er lag echt zoveel stof overal dat het voor mij i.v.m. copd echt niet fijn was om te slapen?
