Please note that a maximum of 1 dog can be accommodated in two of the Comfort Double Rooms. This is subject to availability and by prior arrangement only, with an additional fee of EUR 17.50 per night. There is a separate entrance and dogs are not allowed in the other areas of the property.

Ich hab‘s sehr genossen, jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Alles! Ich war allein unterwegs und hatte eines der Appartements gebucht. Sie sind gegenüber dem Hotel untergebracht. Man muss natürlich Fan dieses Einrichtungsstils in Hotel und Appartements sein, bunt, phantasievoll, üppig, dabei edel und lässig zugleich und das bin ich. Und so liebte ich es, abends in mein orangefarbenes Appartement zurückzukehren durch die schwarzen Fensterrahmen die Abendsonne zu sehen und den Abend am runden Tisch bei weit geöffneten Balkontüren (Achtung, es ist kein richtiger Balkon an dieser Stelle, aber eine große Terrasse am Schlafzimmer) auf den belebten Platz und den hübschen Kirchturm zu schauen. Wer es weiß und klar mag, wird dort nicht glücklich. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und aber entspannt, ganz wie ich es mag. Das Frühstück wird nett dargeboten, man bekommt an Eierspeisen dazu, was man möchte und jede Art Kaffee.

Cons:

Keine echte Kritik, ich war selbst Schuld.
Ich war über das Wochenende inclusive Montag dort. Samstag und Sonntag war ich völlig damit einverstanden, zum Frühstücken einen winzigen Tisch mit vielen anderen Tischen im Rücken zugewiesen zu bekommen, weil das Hotel voll war. Am Montag allerdings waren kaum mehr Gäste dort und ich hätte mir gerne einen größeren Tisch am Rand ausgesucht, nicht direkt neben den beiden einzigen anderen Gästen, die auch noch Miesepeter waren. Natürlich wäre das anders gelaufen, hätte ich etwas gesagt. Aber als mir das klar wurde, saß ich auch schon. Also erst schauen, wieviele Tische sind gedeckt, und dann um einen anderen bitten, wenn gewünscht und möglich.

L’adage que « le client est roi » n’est manifestement pas celui de cet hôtel ni des ses managers.A éviter !
Pros:

- La situation de l’hôtel au centre du piétonnier

Cons:

- Accueil basique, peu convivial
- Pas de parking privé sur place : parking public payant, hors piétonnier, à 7 min de l’hotel
- Chambre « Double Deluxe » moins agréable et plus sombre que sur les photos, coffre-fort ne fonctionnant pas réparé seulement le lendemain dans la matinée
- Petit déjeuner :
- Horaire inflexible : prise des commandes à 8h30, 9h30, 10h30, … , il ne faut pas arriver 10min avant l’heure prévue !
- Pas de buffet, pas de menu !
- Seules possibilités de choix : café/thé/…, types d’oeufs, yaourt
- Le reste, semblable pour toutes les tables, servi sur un statif préparé en cuisine
- Service basique par du jeune personnel ne comprenant qu’un anglais élémentaire
- Attitude défensive des « managers » peu enclins à écouter voire satisfaire les demandes des clients.

Cons:

No elevator, wifi signal was too weak to even watch YouTube. No phone in the room. Unable to iron clothes due to the lack of an iron and ironing board. Unable to rent bicycles although they advertise it in their web page
