A prepayment deposit via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any transfer instructions.
Please note that a maximum of 1 dog can be accommodated in two of the Comfort Double Rooms. This is subject to availability and by prior arrangement only, with an additional fee of EUR 17.50 per night. There is a separate entrance and dogs are not allowed in the other areas of the property.
Some of the apartments are located outside of the hotel.
A deposit may be required at the property.
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Pets are not allowed.
Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 11.30 per day.
La localisation centrale.
La chambre (4) était très petite et mal agencée. La tête de lit est au milieu de la chambre, très peu d’espace pour circuler, pas de tables de nuit (obligés de tout mettre par terre. Chambre très peu lumineuse et très peu de lampes, salle de bains dans la chambre. Pas d’endroit pour mettre les valises, obligés de les mettre sur la table et un fauteuil.
Un jour nous sommes retournés à la chambre à 16h et elle n’était pas faite. Quand j’ai protesté on m’a dit que j’aurais dû mettre la pancarte pour nettoyer la chambre alors qu’il n’y en avait pas… on a proposé de nettoyer la chambre un peu plus tard ce que nous avons décliné parce que nous voulions nous reposer.
Petit déjeuner servi à table sans pouvoir choisir ce que nous voulions, sauf les œufs et le yaourt. Une tranche de fromage hyper fine par personne, de la mortadelle industrielle, du pâté industriel, 4 ou 5 myrtilles par personne, 3 ou 4 tomates cerise et une tranche et demi de concombre par personne…

Um über Treppe ins Bett zu kommen sollte man schwindelfrei sein. Personal für Frühstück eher unfreundlich. Frühstück am Platz sehr dürftig.

Ontbijt was matig en de stipte tijdsindeling irritant. Wij moesten 10 minuten wachten alvorens iemand ging serveren. Dit terwijl 3 serveersters niets aan het doen waren. De norse eigenaar loopt zelf rond zonder goedemorgen te zeggen en regelt dan wel zijn eigen koffie. Ook schoonmaak kan beter. De entree achterzijde was smerig en is gedurende de drie dagen van ons verblijf nooit schoongemaakt.

Comfort room on ground floor suffers from noise - other guests in garden, door between reception and rooms not kept closed so you hear literary everything and when your neighbors from above flush the toilet you may fear the ceiling comes down

Subject: Request for Refund Due to Inaccessible Accommodation
Dear Booking.com Representative,
After paying for the Royal Suite and an additional Deluxe Room for my family, I was shocked to discover that there was no elevator from the lobby to the suite floor, and access required climbing steep stairs. In addition, the suite itself contained another flight of stairs leading to the bathroom. None of this was mentioned in the booking information.
I am 82 years old and suffer from back problems following a serious car accident. I am not physically able to climb steep stairs. I was informed that there was a small service elevator located outside and around the building, but even with that option, access remained difficult and inconvenient, especially because of the stairs inside the suite itself.
I asked the receptionist to refund the cost of the suite and instead charge me for two standard rooms on the first floor. She spoke with the manager, but my request was refused.
As a result, we were forced to leave the hotel late at night and were unable to stay there or spend the night as planned.
I respectfully request a full refund for the suite and the room that I paid for, as the accommodation provided was not suitable for my physical condition and I received no benefit from the reservation.

We werden heel erg hartelijk ontvangen, er werd met ons meegekeken naar de kamers om te zien of alles naar wens was.
Elke medewerker van het hotel was zo vriendelijk, dat vond ik zo fijn. Ook het ontbijt was lekker en meer dan genoeg. Top locatie ook. Hier komen we zeker terug.
