Nie wieder!
Pros:

Positiv: das Hotel besitzt einen noch recht gut aussehenden Pool, Bad war auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Zimmer: keine Möglichkeiten zum aufhängen von nassen Sachen, Scheibe zur Terrasse gesprungen, Bettlaken gerade so groß das es das Bett verdeckt und Decke ist bloß ein Stofffetzen und dreckig.

Service: wenn das erste nach “Hallo“ am Empfang ist ob man für 1500LKR p.P. pro Stunde früher einchecken möchte. Danach dann kommt ob wir das Zimmer Upgraden möchten natürlich gegen Aufpreis (by the way das Hotel war leer) fand ich ein wenig unverschämt.. (Zudem scheint mir als wäre das auch noch der Chef gewesen). Die restlichen Servicekräfte haben gepasst.

Essen: Frühstück war so semigut, Früchte sahen nicht so frisch aus, das Omelette war komplett überpfeffert und die Pancakes sind garnicht erst gekommen, hier musste man nachfragen obwohl das auf der Karte stand!

Sonstiges: Anblick des Hotels nicht wirklich schön, zudem man auch keine Polster für die Liegen bekommt, als wäre es garnicht gewünscht das man am Pool liegt.
Dazu kommt das der Auzug scheinbar nur nach oben und nicht wieder runter fährt.
Zudem ist alles sehr lieblos eingerichtet (siehe Bild vom Flur) man kommt sich vor wie in einem Gefängnis und nicht wie in einem Hotel.

The beach was nice.. Front desk area was nice .

Cons:

There was no basic things like towels, soap ( very old ) and mini fridge. Outside was muddy . No repairs . Buffet was too expensive. Sugar was out dated . Not enough light waa there. No value for the money we paid . Staff doesn't know how to provide items like towels . They coildnt provide at once . Staff working in housekeeping needs thorough training .
Pool area needs to be painted. Very disappointing

Cons:

Las instalaciones no tienen nada que ver con las fotos del anuncio. Esta muy viejo, mal cuidado, le falta el pladur del techo en muchas zonas (no hay techo), las hamacas de la piscina estan sucis y viejas… nada que ver con las fotos. Para desayunar te traen una carta con cinco cosas, pero tres de ellas estan tachadas. Solo puedes elegir entre dos: yo pedi la segunda y tuvieron que ir a preguntar si habia…

Great location and great staff, very helpful and welcoming

Cons:

Highly recommended to have a water tap next to entrance to the beach so that the guest can wash their feet’s before getting into the hotel.

Pros:

The place is very beautiful, neat and tidy. Enjoyed my stay here for a few days. It has every amenity that is listed here. The receptionist Mr raghu was very helpful and very friendly.

Highly recommend. Will stay here again in future Hopefully.
