Cons:

Hotel looks dated, inside the rooms as well as on the outside. Rooms are very noisy, not very clean. We had bugs from the bathroom sink, the carpet was full of dust, the AC was not cleaned. Inside it feels more like a hospital than a hotel. Food is very low quality, the cheapest options possible. Saying this is ultra all inclusive is a joke. Pool looks old and unmaintained. People from staff were impolite (the local ones), compared to the people from staff from Bali which were really kind.

Pros:

Mâncare foarte bună, curățenie, personal amabil. Am apreciat plaja largă și piscina curata, deși am fost în extrasezon, de 1 mai, și nu am putut face baie din cauza vremii. Dacă ar fi fost puțin mai cald și soare, am fi putut beneficia și de acestea.

Cons:

Nu am înțeles faza cu parcarea, aflată la oarecare distanță de cam 200 m de hotel Gergana, în dreptul hotelului Mura. De acolo ești preluat cu bagajele și dus cu trenulețul până la recepție la Gergana. Nu știu dacă se întâmpla ca o excepție, doar în extrasezon, dar parcarea hotelului Gergana mi s-a părut destul de mică, oricum....
