Please note that hotel provides complimentary free pick-up service from the bus station within Siem Reap, and pick up service from International Airport is chargeable ( from the airport to town is 34 mi, and it takes time 1-hour to drive). Guests are required to provide arrival details in advance under Special Requests during booking.

Un peu trop de chlore dans la piscine?
I liked everything about the Kouprey Hotel—especially the breakfast, which was delicious. The staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service.

AC was working, but a bit powerless

Présence fluide sans ostentation et amitié à fleur de peau, exquise, tout en pudeur et désarmante simplicité.

Hôtel Kouprey ? L'autre pôle touristique de Siem Reap, la quintessence du Royaume du Merveilleux, la perle de l'hôtellerie. Bien plus qu'un hôtel d'ailleurs : le cœur battant de ce pays si attachant !

The staff is great: always willing to help, smiling and paying attention to you, to what you like, ensure you have what you need. You feel really at home.
The welcome drink, the refreshing napkins, the fruits in the room, the room cleaning, the reception and restaurant team, the flexibility of the restaurant in terms of food and having long opening hours
The fridge in the room, the nice garden and the pool
Not a big deal but just some advices for the managment
The AC should be regularly checked as it was a little bit inefficient/half working (however the staff immediately came to check, tried to fix it and brought an additional fan)
Had one issue with the plumbing so should be checked regularly by the maintenance (again the staff came immediately and fix it but it could have been done proactively as the equipment was old)
The room isolation could be improved the doors are to short so the corridor noises are heard well and the AC cold escape the room easily.
Again, in any circumstances the staff is really dedicated and responsive. Thank you
Goedkoop, goed ontbijt, groot zwembad en grote kamers. Op de scooter zit je met een paar minuten in het drukke winkelgebied.

The location is a little far from the center (not that far by distance). It's perfect if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay.
Big rooms for an okay price, but definetely not 4 stars. Comfy beds and god wifi.
Bathrooms are quite old and should be renovated. Stained bed linen and towels provided. Pool had milky water and didnt look healthy to swim in. Location is far outside of city centre, but I knew that beforehand.
