I just left this hotel yesterday & i was really sorry to leave, it is a little way from the centre, which i knew before i went there it didn't bother me as i like to walk & explore but tuk tuks are outside if & when you need them the gardens are lush lovely & green all around the pool area & very well looked after. There is towels at pool for you, plenty sun beds while i was there, breakfast was included in the very good price, & the morning i did Angkor wat they did a breakfast box for me, i had a big room, very clean comfy double bed, fridge, kettle tea & coffee, aircon & something really important to me there was a bath for me to soak in after lots of walking in the beautiful hot weather, also clean drinking water brought to your room each day & if you need more you can get it, house cleaning each day alo g with always clean towels. The staff were wonderful honestly it was a joy to stay there i have been travelling around Asia & stayed at all different hotels, hostels, guesthouses but The Kouprey stands out one of the best to me its so quiet & peaceful just to sit on your balcony just listening to the birds with a cup of coffee was just bliss i wud return to this hotel tomorrow.

I always use Kouprey when I arrive in Siem Reap. Excellent on all counts - great food, great pool, great location, great staff !

Lovely pool, room, and staff

The staff was very attentive to my needs and served me a special 'western' breakfast every day including bacon, eggs, ham. The property is basically a well tended garden with a mix of trees and vegetation. The view from my balcony room was just a nice green canopy through which I could see the crystal clear pool. Drinking water is free - they use glass bottles and provide filling stations - and on several occasions they left me fresh fruit with a personalized note. If you have your own moto, there is lots of parking with shade and also full time security. The staff were always pleasant and respectful and interested in asking me if my needs were being met. You can see they are trained to prioritize their guests and show them they care. It is noted by me and also appreciated too. Thank you everyone - I miss you already!

Hermoso hotel, con una pileta increíble rodeada de árboles y palmeras que crean un ambiente súper relajante. Las habitaciones muy lindas y cómodas, el personal muy amable y atento en todo momento, y un desayuno abundante con gran variedad para empezar el día de la mejor manera. ¡Un lugar ideal para descansar!
