Excellent!
Pros:

Great service, excellent rooms, great restaurant, excellent and well mannered staff. The hotel ownership and management has taken hospitality seriously and built a service oriented brand that centers around guests. You will feel it while staying here. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Only the mattress which is too soft… so much so that my lower back was sagging into the bed and both I and spouse ended up with backache. Once I complained, the staff were quick to address it with latex mattress toppers that fixed the issue.

It was an amazing stay we all had.
Pros:

to be honest ,I didn’t expect these sort of hotel in tuticorin , it was quite quaint, very close to the airport very clean. Good food

Room size and bathroom was stinking. Food is not good . We ordered the food for dinner. Breaowas also average compared to other GRT locations.
