Pros:

Zuallererst, die Lage und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, auch der Preis für 3 Nächte war sehr günstig für ein 4 * Hotel....
Besonders hervorheben muss man das Personal an der Rezeption, freundlich und bemüht und immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen

Cons:

Kommen wir zum restlichen Personal, der Roomservice und das Personal im Frühstücksraum: unterirdisch!!
Die Damen beim Frühstück sprechen einfach nicht, nicht zur Begrüssung, auch nicht wenn man etwas fragt und es werden Teller genauso ungefragt abgeräumt, auch wenn sich darauf noch das halbe Essen befindet und man auch noch offensichtlich am Essen ist. Der Roomservice ist allerdings eine Klasse für sich: bei Ankunft war das Zimmer tiptop aufgeräumt und sauber, allerdings fehlten im Bad 2 kleine Handtücher, ok kann passieren, ist aber blöd, wenn man lange Haare hat, muss man sehen wie man mit nur einem Duschtuch klar kommt. Also schreibt man höflich einen Zettel in der Landessprache mit der Bitte um 2 kleine Handtücher. Ergebnis am Abend: die Person hat nur die benutzten Duschtücher getauscht und den Müll geleehrt, sonst nix. Weder Betten aufgeschüttelt noch Stühle zurechtgerückt und natürlich die Bitte ignoriert. Aber es gibt noch eine Steigerung, am nächsten Tag war nämlich......gar kein Roomservice mehr da, also alte Hantücher noch da, Müll nicht geleehrt, kein Toilettenpapier mehr...also wieder Beschwerde an der Rezeption. Zum Glück war am nächsten Tag Abreise, das war nicht eines 4* Hotels würdig!!!

Pros:

Miły i bardzo ładny hotel. Miły personel na recepcji i miła obsługa przy śniadaniu. Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Pokoje z wystarczającym wyposażeniem, szafy i inne meble, TV, duża łazienka. Bardzo odbre Wi-Fi. Dostepny bezpłatnie basen. Trudniej było z parkingiem, ale byliśmy w hotelu w czasie półmaratonu, dlatego były zmiany w zasadch parkowania. Bardzo dobra cena i lokalizacja.

Líbila se mi poloha hotelu v krásné vilové čtvrti, klidná oblast. Pokoje byly čisté a voňavé. Krásný výhled z balkonu na kostel sv. Petra a Pavla.

Cons:

Nechutnali nám večeře, malý výber. Měli jsme hlad po večeři.

Pros:

Все было очень аккуратно и чисто.
Хороший завтрак. Тихо и спокойно.

Cons:

Дешевая душевая лейка была поломана и плескала во все стороны. Других минусов особо и нет:)

В целом персонал фронт офиса, ресторана и лечебной зоны вполне доброжелателен и профессионален. Все можно было бы сказать на 4+, НО, у нас и у наших друзей исчезли из сейфа по 500 евро в каждом номере! Действует шайка-лейка из администраторов и горничных, одни выдают им запасные ключи , а вторые берут из сейфа по 500 евро с номера! Только в паре это можно сделать. Мы не заявляли об этом тк доказать нельзя. А про то, что у наших друзей исчезли тоже 500 евро мы узнали когда они нам позвонили уже после отъезда. Получается отелю доверять нельзя!
