Hotel Slavuna

Faptul ca anul acesta nu mai era mocheta in camera ci parchet,este destul de greu având in vedere plaja care este de nisip...

Personalul foarte rece. Curățenia lasa de dorit. Nu este un hotel de 4 stele.

Единственото нещо което може да се каже че е минус са паркинг местата. Това си е политика на курорта, така че не трябва да се начислява като негатив към хотела. Има 3 вида паркинг, единият е безплатен, който е на гарата, другите 2 са разделени на 2 зони. Едната е повече към началото на курорта, а другата е по-навътре. Заплащането за началната зона е (мисля) 10лв за 24 часа, а по-вътрешната (която мисля че се водеше зелена, и бяхме спряли там) е 20лв за 24 часа. Макар да трябваше да се заплати паркинг дори и на 20лв, беше препълнено и места трудно се намираха, защото идват плажуващи и от други населени места. Без проблем, вечер може да се премести автомобила на по-добро паркинг място.

De coșmar! De la bun început au dat-o de gard! Am plătit destul de mult pentru perioada cât am stat la acest hotel, camera fiind rezervată și achitată online cu vedere la mare. Când am ajuns ne-au dat o cameră la parter cu vedere în lateral către piscină, nicidecum către mare! Am revenit la recepție solicitând cameră cu vedere la mare. Am primit o altă cameră la etajul 1 cu vedere la acoperișul restaurantului unde efectiv vedeam izolația de bitum de deasupra și aparatele de ventilație/climatizare. Am revenit din nou la recepție și am solicitat altă cameră invocând faptul că suma achitată a fost pentru a avea vedere la mare, în mod special. Ne-a oferit ultima cameră disponibilă deasupra celei de la etajul 1. Avea oarecum vedere la mare însă tot vedeai acel acoperiș imens cu bitum și toate aparatele de climatizare care făceau o gălăgie infernală, iar pe peretele lateral erau instalate 2 tubulaturi generoase respectiv evacuarea hotelor de la bucătărie care erau prevazute pentru ventilație cu 2 motoare mari! Va dați seama ce zgomot infernal mai scoteau și alea. Nici nu auzeam valurile mării. Vibrații în pereți, în cameră se auzea ca și cum afara era furtună! Motoarele se opreau undeva la ora 22.00-23.00 și le porneau dimineața la 06.30 cand îți dădeau deșteptarea. Și ca bătaia de joc să fie până la capăt, ultima noapte au uitat să le oprească și am tot așteptat pana la orele 00.00 însă nimic. Am coborât la recepție de 2 ori în decurs de 2 ore, între orele 00.00 și 02.00, unde bineînțeles nu era nimeni. Am sunat clopoțelul de fiecare dată și cu greu si-a făcut apariția o tânără(20-22 ani) care posibil că a ațipit și la care i-am explicat că nu ne putem odihni, însă aceasta a spus că nu poate face nimic în acest sens. Am insistat să anunțe managerul sau personalul de la bucătărie, dar nimic! Am stat treaz aproape toată noaptea, asta în ideea că dimineață am făcut check-out-ul și a trebuit să parcurg cu auto 550 km, rupt de oboseală.

Am rezervat 3 camere ,toata familia a fost multumita.

Unfortunately, the restaurant and food were a major letdown during my stay. Many items were clearly not fresh - stale potatoes and dry cucumbers appeared every day. It was also disappointing to see meats and soups being reused from one meal to the next, sometimes carried over from lunch to dinner or the worse case scenario from dinner to the next day’s lunch.

One of the older staff members, who seemed to be the designated “show cook,” made the experience worse with his poor social skills and overall unpleasant demeanor, accompanied by unbearable and oftentimes loud music, not really suitable, especially for breakfast and lunch. Кръчмарски изпълнения.

On a more positive note, the waiters and bartenders were friendly and professional, which didn’t really helped balancing out the disappointing dining experience.

on booking the hotel slavuna albena bulgaria had a different presentation. when we got there (2 parents, 2 grandparents and 2 small children) we were shocked to see the mess there. our problem was not that the hotel does not look like in the presentation pictures. the biggest problem was the mess. there was dust, dirt, spoiled food on the floor, a bad smell throughout the hotel. the snack bar smelled the same as the toilet, of pee. there was rust on all the water, coffee, juice machines. all the juice parts were flowing on the floor. the juice was not edible, it smelled bad and tasted like sand that stayed in your mouth.
I went to the reception to talk to the manager, in the reception… there was thick dust all over the reception table. I used my finger to wipe the dust to show them the mess. they said …it was just a mess (I put the picture with the line I made with my finger in the dust there).
it is not normal for the meal period to be 30 minutes at an all inclusive hotel. it is not possible for an entire hotel to eat in 30 minutes without getting crowded.
the manager said that this is the situation and there is nothing she can do. if we stay...well...if not...that's it. she has nothing to do. I think that all the mess there is the fault of the manager who does not do her job.
if there was that mess in the reception... I think it was even worse in the kitchen if there was a toilet smell coming from there.
I asked the manager to move us to another hotel, she didn't want to. I asked her to give us the money back...she didn't want to. I asked what we can do...she did not find a solution. she thought that if she splashed water on the floor it would be enough for us. it was a mess there since the beginning of summer.
