If you love the 70s and terrible hotels try this place .
Pros:

The beach is clean and lovely .

Cons:

It feels like we went back to the 1970s , the hotel is awful. I can’t believe how expensive it was !! Air con doesn’t work, parking is expensive and very random on a hill if you can find a spot . Staff is generally rude or at best doesn’t care . Stay away …

Deniz manzaralı oda muhteşemdi ve temizdi, yataklar cok rahattı. Konumu cok iyi, çalışanlar güler yüzlü, yemeklere bayildik cok ceşint yemek ve tatli vardi. Çocuklarla gidilebilecek harika bir yer. Denizi de harikaydı.

Klimatik iyi soğutmuyordu. Asansör cok fazla bekletiyordu. Havuzu cok temiz değildi.

Konumu müthiş. Otelin bulunduğü koy harika. Uzun kumsal sahil ve denize girmek için uygun. Odamız 10.cu katta müthiş manzaralı büyük içi çok kullanışlı dolaplar ile döşenmiş büyük ve tertemiz harikaydı. Her gün tekrar tekrar temizleniyordu. Bizim deyimiz ile bal fök yala. Çocuklu aileler için hergün havuz başı animasyon yapılıyordu. Bir tane sahilde, bir tane sahile yakın içeride ve birde gece geç saatlere kadar açık 3 tane barı bulunmaktadır. Sundukları içeçekler çok çeştli ve kaliteleri mükemmeldi. Ben italyada içtiğım Aparolun aynısını burada içtim. Otel sessiz sakin ve hem sahilde hemde Albena içinde uzun yürüyüşler yapabileceğiniz olanağa sahip.

Foarte bine pentru o familie cu copii
Pros:

Poziție excelentă , hotelul este situat pe plaja . Camera suficient de mare pentru o familie cu un copil(40 mp). Mâncare foarte bună și variată . Personalul amabil. Curățenie în cameră și minibar aprovizionat zilnic .

Cons:

Climatizarea în cameră a făcut foarte greu față temperaturilor ridicate de afară . Cred ca a fost fie defectă , fie subdimensionata față de suprafața camerei . Mici renovări sunt necesare în anumite zone (piscine , lifturi ) care au aspect învechit .

The location is great, very beautiful beach and sea view

Cons:

The food was bad, the serving and personel at the restaurant were disturbing too. The bar did not offer good variety of drinks and the alcohol was cheap. The room we got was extremely loud due to the ventilation of the hotel next to us, despite being paid for as beach front room, we didn’t get the great view and the noise was very loud constantly - day and night. You need to pay additional fees for parking and first and second row umbrellas at the beach but that is not hotel’s fault.

I would never come back and would not recommend.
Pros:

The hotel is located on the beach.
Breakfast was good enough.

Cons:

1. The room was not properly cleaned, and overall cleanliness was below expectations. We booked a room for four people (two adults and two 5-year-old children), but were not provided with enough towels or bed linens. After moving one of the beds, we found used napkins underneath, likely left by previous guests. No shower gel or shampoo was provided during our stay.
2. The food quality was disappointing. There were very limited options for children, and the variety of dishes was insufficient. Breakfast was the only meal that was good enough.
3. The property appears outdated, with old furniture and facilities that are in need of renovation. The overall impression was one of neglect and poor maintenance.
4. A parking fee of 15EUR per day is charged for vehicles.
5. Beach chairs located in the first two rows closest to the sea are available only for an additional fee of 7 EUR.
6. Their beach is not cleaned.
