Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable bed, sea view from the balcony, safe hotel surroundings, and a large pool area.

Cons:

Breakfast is below five-star standards with no late-breakfast option; lunch and dinner have very limited menus, and only water is included with dinner without this being clearly communicated at booking. The pool water is cold, the hotel does not arrange local tours, and some receptionists are not sufficiently knowledgeable about local or hotel events.

Personnel was polite and helpful. Room was of good size and nicely decorated.

Cons:

Overall, I do not want my review to sound overly harsh. The experience was generally pleasant, but several moments made me feel as though I had fallen into a “pay-for-everything” trap: parking fee (on a 5-star hotel!), only 2 sunbeds available on the beach either that we have paid for 3 persons and a 3 beds apartment, no bottled water available for free in the room.

Great place for families to relax.
Pros:

Flamingo is in a great location with excellent facilities. The kids really enjoyed the restaurant’s food, the swimming pools, and the Variete B show.

Cons:

There are flies in some of the food and around the tables at the restaurant, and some of the facilities could use repairs or a more thorough cleaning.
