Pros:

Хубава храна. удобни стаи

Cons:

Вечерта на нашия престой в хотела се състоя сватба, от която никой не успя да спи до 4.00 сутринта, защото музиката беше изключително силна. Освен нея имаше и пияни хора които стояха по терасите си и пускаха музика и вдигаха още врява. Недопустимо е да допунсеш сватба в хотел, в който си почиват стотици хора. Не бихме повторили

Curat , spa, un mic loc de joaca pentru copii, mancare foarte variata.

Nu ne-am informat înainte dar Albena este o stațiune ce oferă facilități seniorilor
Asa ca am fost singura familie tanara cu copii din hotel. Nu a fost deranjant dar ar fi fost placut sa mai vedem si alți tineri.

Un hotel bun raport calitate/pret
Pros:

Am avut vedere la mare , la etajul 9. Camera foarte mare si curata, paturi confortabile.
Mancarea a fost buna si hotelul este bine îngrijit si usor de ajuns acolo.

We liked the food, the hotel, the location.

Cons:

There was a smell of urine in the bathroom, I reported it to the reception and someone came to clean it but it didn't help. Apparently there are other customers who have complained about the same thing.

Pros:

Un hotel foarte frumos, camere foarte mari, mic dejun variat, cina cu mancare foarte buna. Personal foarte cald si primitor. Chiar am avut o situatie cu rezervarea, vina a fost a mea, au rezolvat omediat.
