Stuffy old hotel. No A/C. Don’t stay here.
Pros:

I can only think of four things i liked.
Great location on the pedestrian street near the church.
The pillows were nice, fluffy down pillows.
The waiters were attentive and nice. We had the same waiter for breakfast and for dinner at the restaurant, and then again for breakfast the next morning. They work long hours. And the third thing was the lady who cleaned our room and even turned down our beds in the evenings. She was a darling, little, very old grandmother who was always smiling and polite.

Cons:

This is a very dated old hotel badly in need of renovations. It appears to be run by a staff of self-important fuddy-duddies in old-school uniforms.
Be aware that THERE IS NO A/C. We stayed in August when the days were very hot. We asked the housekeeper if we could have a fan and she tartly informed us she was not a maid. No fans to be had so we suffered the heat.
Our wide-open windows faced a back courtyard which was where the hotel kept their rubbish bins. Throughout the afternoons and until 11pm, were startled or woken up every half-hour or hour when they dumped large amounts of glass bottles from the bar in the bin. Very disturbing and annoying.
The bedroom decor was all in very dated pink and blue panelling, maybe from 80 years ago. The furniture was also old and not practical.
The bathroom as well is sadly dated.
We would never stay hete again and fo not recommend it.

コンシェルジュは大変丁寧で仕事が素晴らしかった。部屋も良かった。ロケーションも素晴らしい。朝食も大変良かった。また宿泊したいと思うホテルであった。

Cons:

玄関脇テラスでバス待ちのためシャンパンを飲んで待つことにしたが、そのシャンパンの味が驚くほど良くなく、楽しかった滞在に水を差したのが残念でならない。

Top Notch
Pros:

Fantastic old hotel in the center of Cortina. Amazing service by all staff but Lorenzo ( concierge) was attentive to all of our needs.After introductions upon check in it was as if we had been staying there for years as he greeted us by name whenever we went by. He made reservations for restaurants when necessary and recommendations of others that did not accept them. He truly made our stay special

An amazing classic hotel, right in the center of Cortina with great staff and a terrific restaurant.
Pros:

We love classic hotels like this. Sure the rooms are a bit dated, but everything was super clean and lovely. We ate an amazing dinner and a great breakfast, and the concierge was terrific.

Cons:

The bar was a bit depressing and needs a update.

Amazing stay
Pros:

We loved our stay! Rooms were really cute and most importantly the staff was really helpful! In particular the concierge Lorenzo was wonderful. He was super responsive before we arrived and was immensely helpful when we got there in giving us tips, organizing transport, and generally making our stay special.
