Fantastica location in un giardino tropicale. Posizione eccellente vicino a Duval street ma non nel caos,servizi ottimi.

Très propre, emplacement top , piscine très agréable, service au top avec nettoyage et changement de serviettes tous les jours avec petites bouteilles d’eau

Alles was top, de kamer inrichting was wel alsof je terug de tijd in ging, maar dat vonden we niet erg!
Notre troisième séjour dans cet hôtel et chaque fois c'est un plaisir : calme, bien équipé un lit aussi grand qu'une piste d'atterrissage lol 🤣
Rien.. peut être que les pallisades de la piscine et la laundry pourraient être modernisés et réparés :-(
One and trending and the whole set up is cozy. We enjoyed the location and it’s good for large groups of people to go together.
The rooms are extremely damp and your clothing, even if it never was worn will be wet. As well, there are no hooks to handle anything in the bathroom and no place to dry towels so you have to turn them in every day. The really bad part was that everything in our room was just wet all the time. They need dehumidifiers in each room, but then of course someone would have to come empty the water.

1. La piscina es un engaño, nada que ver con la foto. Incluso cuando la vimos hemos pensado que había otra.
2. Mucha dificultad par aparcarse cerca del hotel. He encontrado una plaza de no residente a 10 mn andando.
3. Personal: solo hemos visto una persona en recepción, nadie más. Poco servicio en este establecimiento.

The location was ideal for getting to the harbor and close to Duval. There were cute restaurants within easy walking distance. Enjoyed the pool.

From the moment we stepped onto the property until the end of our stay we experienced tropical paradise in Old Town Key West. If you enter the property you might encounter the property feline lounging on the wrap around porch of The Island City House. Walking through the garden we easily found the office and checked into our room in the Arch House. A perfect porch for breakfast coffee and reading old stories and fables about Key West.
The staff was amazing and took great care of us the entire stay. We even had a little mixup with our luggage and the management wasted no time in accommodating us.
Guests will find the location just right as it is in easy walking distance to Duval Street, The Bight, and Mallory Square.
A tropical paradise in a beautiful old cluster of buildings.
The entire experience was well worth the price. We would definitely consider returning for another visit.
The setting was wonderful. Between the pool, gardens, coy pond, and courtyards, it was a most relaxing stay. The staff was also wonderful and helpful.
