con la calidad de este hotel he comprobado que lo barato sale caro y de mi parte muy caro
Pros:

la ubicación muy buena y aceptable la piscina y algunos colaboradores del hotel son excelentes personas y muy atentos.

Cons:

las instalaciones como el aire acondicionado y la tv no funcionan al 100 porciento, fuga de agua en la regadera, en el lavamanos y mucha burocracia para la limpieza de la habitación.

Me hospedé en este hotel hacienda buscando una experiencia agradable en Cancún, pero lamentablemente la estancia dejó mucho que desear.
Al llegar, la primera habitación que me asignaron tenía un fuerte olor a guardado y humedad. Debo reconocer que el personal accedió a cambiarme de habitación, pero la segunda opción tampoco estuvo a la altura de lo esperado.
Los problemas principales fueron los siguientes:
Confort: La cama era sumamente dura e incómoda, lo que complicó el descanso. Además, la habitación no contaba con luz de noche (lámpara de mesa o de lectura), lo que hacía el espacio poco funcional al oscurecer.
Servicios básicos: No hubo agua caliente en la ducha en ningún momento, un servicio elemental que no debería fallar.
Tecnología: La televisión de la habitación no tenía conexión a internet, quedando obsoleta para los estándares actuales.
Aunque agradezco la disposición de cambiarme de cuarto al inicio, la falta de mantenimiento y la incomodidad de las instalaciones hacen que no pueda recomendar este lugar en sus condiciones actuales. Tienen mucho por mejorar.

BIEN PARA DESCANSAR.

EL HOTEL ESTÁ CERCA DE OXXOS, COMIDA, RESTAURANTES, SUPERMERCADOS. UBICACIÓN SEGURA. CAMAS CÓMODAS, ESPACIO BIEN POR EL COSTO, EN GENERAL TODO BIEN CON ESTE HOTEL, HASTA EL PERSONAL ES AMABLE.

PODRÍAN MEJORAR LA LIMPIEZA DEL BAÑO, Y DE LA PISCINA, POR EJEMPLO, EN EL BAÑO QUE ME TOCÓ LAS TUBERÍAS TENÍAN MUCHO SARRO Y NO SÉ SI NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE.

Ok place and not very especial
Pros:

It was clean ,good size room and comfortable. The swimming pool was OK but the deepness a bit strange.

Cons:

They were not responsive and not replying to the messages that was sent to them during the booking or WhatsApp.
Breakfast was very poor and next to nothing and it's evident the owner do not care as this issue was raised by other guests.

Bien de acuerdo al precio.. ya que el plan de la habitación es dormir y resguardar el equipaje ,
Pros:

Tiene buena ubicación, la alberca muy buena, no tomamos el desayuno porque decidimos salir temprano del hotel. y el personal de recepción muy amables.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar las camas que estan un poco deterioradas.
El personal de limpieza no toca para entrar a las habitaciones,
