Located in a very good spot. Downtown Cancun (benito juarez) in walking distance to everything. Parque las palapas and Mercado 28 delicious restaurants everywhere. Awesome pool with enough depth and very friendly staff. Questions that I had they answered.

Cons:

Breakfast could be upgraded and mattresses could be a bit softer. A fridge in the rooms would be awesome.

La ubicación es muy buena, fue muy sencillo el proceso de entrada. la ubicación céntrica de fácil acceso a cualquier parte. Cerca de restaurantes, parques y servicios de transporte. De fácil acceso. ¿Ya mencioné la ubicación? muy buena!!!!

Cons:

Creo que podrían mejorar un poco en cuanto la estética de las habitaciones. Se ven un tanto viejas lo cual hace parecer que estén sucias, lo cual no están, pero la estética de la habitación, así como las instalaciones eléctricas que por lo mismo que son viejas y faltas de mantenimiento fallan un poco. Teniendo una ubicación privilegiada en el centro de Cancún creo que podrían invertirle un poco en modernizar las instalaciones.

Tiene una buena ubicación pues frente al hotel esta ubicado un hospital y el mercado 28

La Publicidad engañosa "Hotel con desayuno incluido" es totalmente mentira
En mi caso viaje con niños para mi era muy importante el desayuno
Al momento de iniciar mi proceso de reservacion notifica que una vez aceptada por ti ya no podrás cancelar y si lo haces tendrás que pagar el total de tu reservacion como penalizacion
Avanzas en el proceso y aceptas y hasta que se cierra el proceso de reserva es cuando el hotel manda mensaje avisando que el desayuno que ellos ofrecen es;

2 barras de pan tostado con mermelada y 1 taza de café o té

Après le check in deux étages à monter avec des marches raides !
À notre arrivée il fait au moins 40•c dans la chambre ; la Clim est éteinte et une très mauvaise odeur se dégage de cette chambre. Certaines zones sentent l urine.
Au niveau de la douche le robinet chaud coule marron et pas d eau chaude. Douche à l eau froide.
Le matelas n est pas de première jeunesse.
La TV ne s allume pas !
Et le petit déjeuner calamiteux. Une petite tasse de café , 2 tranches de pain de mie avec 10 gr de confiture. On est loin du fabuleux !
Fuyez fuyez vous trouverez mieux ailleurs.
