Facilities clean.

Cons:

Due to a game at ONE stadium we couldn't access our accomodation with our car as the road was blocked off. We weren't attending the game so this was a huge inconvenience. It was blocked until 10.30pm at night.

Comfortable and well located
Pros:

We were near eateries and near city center. Supermarkets weren’t too far either. 10-15 minutes walk. Bacon Bros Burger nearby was delicious. Loved having a washer and dryer in the accommodation.

Warm, friendly and convenient to town with car parking.
Pros:

Good size, amazing location especially to the new stadium. Quiet neighbourhood and absolutely friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

We treat a hotel as a bedroom so if you want a bar or restaurant then this may not work for you but twas perfect for us.

our stay was what we expected.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, Room was clean, close to stadium and restaurants. Staff where friendly and helpful. Off street parking.

Cons:

No Sports channel on TV and air conditioning on second night was very load and cold breeze coming from it directly on to bed ( first night this didn't Happen)

Great location, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, good shower/bathroom. Right opposite the new stadium so very handy for those wanting to attend events there. Reasonably priced for the room standard and location.

Cons:

Fresh air system (separate from the aircon) was very noisy and kept us awake at night. When advised staff of this they weren't overly concerned and said that we could have turned it off at a switch by the door. There was nothing obvious that we could see. They said we should have read it in the info book but we didn't see it in there. Then they went on to say "housekeeping" should have left it off and so it shouldn't have been on anyway. No offer of compensation for a terrible nights sleep!
There was no Sports Channel on the tv even though it said there was in the info book. Couldn't get Netflix or any other streaming apps. Only normal tv.

Rang reception and was told that had reached after hours and nothing could be done until the next day.
