Spacious rooms, great location & friendly staff
Pros:

Modern, spacious room with kitchenette. Located across the road from our car hire & great coffee cart onsite. Rachel was very attentive & friendly, providing excellent service.

Cons:

Long wait for shuttle, however this was mentioned on the website.

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

The Quest is close to areas that I visit when I am in Melbourne so very convenient. When I travel with my dog I have a place to stay.

Cons:

I have stayed previously and his is the first time after staying that I had to pay for parking $17. The accommodation for 2 rooms was costly I thought and to extra for parking I thought was not necessary.

Clean, helpful, pity about the beeping noise 🥴🥴

Staff were helpful, location outside quiet due to location. Clean and organsised

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a persistent beeping noise… 3 quick beeps every 3 minutes… from 8:45pm (maybe earlier) and by 10pm we were over it as we couldn’t sleep. We were offered another room but left all our belongings in the original apartment… this wasn’t ideal for the next morning as I had to wake my 13yo daughter up as soon as I was up so that we could go back to the original apartment. Staff were apologetic but could not rectify the problem… it was still happening at 5am the next morning when we returned. Disappointing- it ruined an otherwise lovely stay and impacted our sleep significantly

It's convenient with shuttle bus
Pros:

The offer a complimentary shuttle bus from and to airport. And free laundry and dry machines. Small gym but with many things. If you have time can have a decent workout.

Cons:

For the price, could have complimentary water, or coffee machine, instead instant coffee.

comfortable stay close to the airport.
Pros:

the hotel receptionist was very welcoming. room was a good size and very clean. facilities were all we needed for a one night stay. the bed was large and comfortable. we liked being able to open the sliding door and have fresh air. the shuttle to the airport was very handy. the room was exceptionally quiet.

Cons:

it was a pity the hotel is situated quite a way from the airport (10 minute drive). the cushion on the couch had a broken zip, and the balcony door was unlocked, which showed lack of care or time, when cleaning.

Pros:

Ease of booking and smooth check in

Cons:

Paid $60 for breakfast which was provided by a food van. Which would have been ok. We had a set menu to choose from and size of the meals was certainly not $60 worth. Very disappointing.

Cons:

No shuttle on the weekend. I did not see this info which was in the fine print. Paid $59 for a taxi, could have used a more expensive hotel with a shuttle . There were several problems with the room which meant we were moved. Loved by staff but it all happened after a long days travel
